    To start off, the communication was fast and excellent. I received a response to my initial inquiry without delay and the response was exceptional.     James was such a huge help in settling a frustrating situation in which a contractor we had hired owed us money. Our dispute was over the Thanksgiving holidays and even during the long weekend he was very good about communicating the progress of our issue. His fee was very reasonable and he took the time to explain to us all the possible outcomes with this contractor. James is very knowledgeable and he was able to get our money back so we could continue with our home improvement project. We will be calling him again if the need arises.

    James Tittle is a hard worker with an affinity for winning at what matters. He obviously studied and bothered to learn the code to help fight the filing of fraudulent leans on property. Going through the Hurricane Harvey clean up and restoration was quite an ordeal! We found a lien had been fraudulently filed by an out-of state contractor on our home. I found little help through the real estate pros. and couldnt find a source of expertise on the matter. I talked to numerous attorneys, finding little interest.What a frustration!! James understood the problem immediately and within several weeks we were informed the fraudulent lean had been removed. I can sincerely say, wow, what a relief! He is professional, a very effective communicator and a man of high integrity!
