    Lauren helped me and my wife with our first home purchase. We had a lot of questions and were nervous about such a big step. Lauren answered all our questions and helped us feel comfortable moving ahead with such a significant commitment. When communications from the seller were sparse, she was diligent in making sure they were holding up their side of our deal. When it came time to close, Lauren went through every paper we signed step by step and explained the legal terms in simple English that made everything much less intimidating. My wife and I are happy in our new home and more than satisfied with Laurens services.     I used Laurens services for a real estate closing and was highly impressed by her legal knowledge, positive attitude and expertise. Before the closing she responded to emails and phone calls promptly, addressing all my questions and concerns (such as the legality of signing documents digitally). At the closing she went through every document, calmly translating legal mumbo-jumbo into plain English. For those selling property in the northwest suburbs note that her web site has helpful information about real estate transfer stamps under both the resources and blog tabs. Lauren goes above and beyond for her clients. Id like to give her a 6 star review but unfortunately Google imposes a limit of 5.

    I have practiced law in Chicago for 32 years for a prominent law firm. When needing counsel in St. Charles for my own real estate transaction, I turned to Lauren. Everything was handled flawlessly. But one thing stood out. At one point, when I was out of town, I needed to deliver money to my homeowners association so that closing could occur. Without even asking, Laurens assistant drove to my subdivision in order to deliver the money. Thats just not customary, but it was first-rate customer service!

    Lauren Jackson seems to be a Lawyer one can Trust to do what needs to be done. My experience in Dekalb area of Illinois is there seems to possibly be too many crooked lawyers and one would be too many, but Lauren tried to represent me well I believe and she is respected among the community of lawyers there so they will probably work well with her. The law however is crooked and so are the banks, The Bank owes me 400 they have not paid for 6 weeks, hopefully Lauren can do something, opposing attorney and previous representation were beyond poor. Using my requests of the seller seemingly against those of the Buyer, me. I would not recommend Colleen Cebulla, nor would I recommend opposing counsel unless they were working for me, they were represented by Ullrich Law LLc. Both Colleen and Deborah I was wanting to report to the BAR aasociation for excessive delays of the case along with Annette Zeledon of SProut Mortgage who is Just an absent Minded banker that is clever enough to try and steal. SO it is nioce to have at least one decent Lawyer in the Bunch. But Lauren is definitely one to protect your better interests! I highly Recommend Her!

Although I had little prior knowledge in this area, Attorney Jackson has guided me through a sometimes intimidating process.
