John is one of the savviest lawyers Ive met--and Ive met a good handful of them recently. Hes whip-smart, responsive, and passionate about his area of expertise. If you have the time and money to consult with him, hell do whatever needs to be done to see your issue resolved! No free consultation (its $300 flat), but you get what you pay for. When it comes to your home, the fee is quite literally a small price to pay.

John assisted us on the close of our home with a buyer that was unconventional & difficult to work with. After receiving the normal real estate contract, we received many addendums that were confusing and complicated. The timeline was very limited so I sent an e-mail on Friday after business hours. John responded over the weekend & was able to meet with me the following Monday. He pointed out the risks, gave us advice on how to proceed & re-writes to the existing contract. We were able to meet our deadline, make an informed decision & sell the house with no surprises at close. I would highly recommend John; he is knowledgeable, responsive, professional and personable.
