Wendy Flynn is the absolute BEST at what she does! I knew from the minute we decided to sell our house, I wanted Wendy and her team on our side. She provided us great feedback on how to stage the house and what upgrades/repairs to make to show the house at its best. Once we received an offer from the seller, Wendy made sure to keep us in the loop during the whole closing process. With the closing date being in between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, she kept in touch with the different players on the sellers side to make sure nothing was dropped and kept the file closing on time. While at the actual closing table, I made the comment that our property taxes were already paid, so our refund should be easy to get quickly. Wendy caught that statement and texted her team to verify that was the case and we had our refund that afternoon. She didn’t have to do that, her job was basically already done, but she has a great love for making the whole process as stress free as possible for her clients. We will definitely use Wendy for any future purchases/sales and *highly* recommend her to everyone we encounter that has those same needs. Wendy for the win!!

Since we live two hours from College Station and could not be present all of the time, they became de facto property managers. Wendy made several suggestions for making the property more saleable. The contractors that she suggested were all quite reliable and reasonable in price. Once an offer was made on the property, Wendy negotiated and protected our daughters interests quite well. Molly helped my wife and I find the perfect home for us very quickly after I got a job offer in College Station in November and needed to move in on short notice by the beginning of January. She toured multiple houses and gave lots of detailed information on each of them. She communicated with the homeowners very efficiently and stayed up late working to help us. When our new landlords sent our lease for the house we decided on, she was on the phone with us after 5pm for a few hours going every paragraph of the lease explaining it to us and made corrections. Overall great service and we are very excited for our new home!

Moving from so far away brings many challenges and is stressful beyond belief! Misti helped us navigate the house buying experience and handled the Texas end of things so we could focus on other parts of the move.When I came down for our one and only house hunting trip, she made herself very available to drive us all around the Brazos Valley. I’m am the administrator of my dad’s estate. We had three properties, in Bryan (1.5 hours away from us), that were at one time rentals. They had not been in cared for in many years. When my husband and I first met Wendy not knowing what we wanted to do, Wendy knowing this, reviewed our options with us and helped us decide it was not time for us to sell and buy a house. Months later we talked again and decided to buy and sell. Wendy had our best interest at all times and reassured us we were in control of all decisions at all times. She was prompt to answer our questions and even came over to the house, we were selling late in the evening, to look at issues we were having and gave us good direction. She did staging and marketing for our home and got it sold in less than 2 weeks in a sluggish selling market.If you are in the market for a house we would highly recommend her to help you.
