Juan is an excellent real estate professional who genuinely cares about his clients. In my particular case, I was simultaneously both selling and buying a home and he was very patient and understanding through the ups and downs of the process. Through the usual snags that the process faced with buyers pulling out of contracts and negotiating with sellers for appliances and repairs. Juan kept me informed and I felt he always had my best interest in mind. Given my experience with Juan, I give him my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the greater Houston area.
