However, if you are coming to find a home that will suit your family, that is no easy task here.For that endeavor, you need a realtor who is as incredible as Leah Vargas. Leah is not just trying to sell you a house, she is helping you find the home that you can really live in with your family. Not only did Leah show us homes that we had looked at online. She went above and beyond with what our needs were with the list of homes based on our criteria. She looked at what we had chosen and suggested others that fit that same description and showed us options that were in better areas for our specific needs. She made sure that we felt comfortable with everything every step of the way. Beyond the scope of what an average realtor has done for us. She is upfront and honest about the local practices and the neighborhoods and made sure we felt comfortable about the places. She was so kind and friendly it made the stressful process much less so.During closing with our specific community development there were quite a few bumps in the road and Leah made sure to help us navigate the very complex situation while we were out of state trying to move into the area. I dont know how we wouldve managed to move to the area without her. Not just because she helped us find the home but because of how she helped finalize the deal with the developers and tying up all the lose ends and making sure we knew how to manage them. When there were issues with closing, Leah helped us navigate them since we were coming from out of state and made sure we were not left without a place when we moved to Texas. She was with us through the entire process and even checked on us after the move. She is a wonderful realtor and person. I cannot recommend her enough. She was beyond what I could expect from a realtor. To put it as my husband and I joked after dealing with a terrible lender experience if you could imagine your realtor, fully loaded and ready to fight for you and get you the house you want, Leah is that person. She will help you with getting done what needs to get done so you can get into your home and get settled comfortably but also make you feel like you are more than just a job to her. She is truly one of a kind.Dont hesitate to use her for finding your next home.
