I have had the pleasure of working with both Michael and Crystal in building new construction homes for their clients. They are both extremely professional, knowledgeable and communicative. They serve as both an advocate for their clients and also an advocate for the builder, helping their buyers through the process by setting accurate expectations. I appreciate that they made it feel like we were all one big team working towards a common goal, vs being on opposite sides of a transaction. They genuinely seem to care about their clients and want them to have the best experience possible.
