As an active duty soldier for the Army, me and my wife are constantly on the move. Tired from renting, we decided to look into purchasing our first home. Luckily, my buddy referred me to Sujin Park, a well established local realtor in the Belton, Harker Heights area in Texas. As soon as I texted her, she was immediately willing to take time out her day to call me and ask about what I was looking for. She was open-minded, accommodating, and very cultured! After our conversation, I felt reassured. I felt even more reassured and trusting of Sujin when she followed up every conversation with a text message and an email. She toured houses with us on weekends, as that was the only available time I had. She took us to multiple communities, and fought on our side, tailoring many options to what we prioritized and needed most. In short time, we found our perfect new home in Belton Texas at Three Creeks, for a more than affordable price! This was the optimal location, as the area has fascinatingly scenic nature trails, plenty of outdoor activities, a beautiful lake, and even a waterfall! In addition, it was only a short drive away from FT. Cavasos, where I am currently stationed. We took out a DHI loan at an affordable rate, and knew we wanted to close this particular house ASAP. Sujin Park, despite having plenty more urgent matters, stood by us 110%, and all the way through closing. She made every opportunity that she could get in person to be there by our side, and when she couldnt be there in person, she video chatted and communicated virtually. Upon closing, she gifted us a beautiful, customized flower set! We still keep in touch to this day, and her Instagram + social media pages are spectacular! 6/5 review if possible! Highly recommend!

I will start by giving you some logistical background of what type of clients we were for Sujin- we are a military family living overseas with a soldier deployed but our home is in Texas. Sujin, who had been in contact with my husband with real estate questions previously- immediately reached out and set up an appointment with me to go over the possibility of selling our home via Zoom. She worked around my crazy schedule (different time zones, mom of 3, running a household solo, full time job) and scheduled something convenient for me. During that meeting Sujin took the time to break down previously sold homes, potential sell pricing of our house, state of the current market, and a timeline of when house would sell vs the day it hits the market. Wow!! How could I say no to this thoroughness?! During the process, any questions or concerns we had she got the answers for us. Even if it meant reaching out to her network to find out. We were a very unique situation and it was not easy but Sujin was committed to us and we are very grateful! Moving forward, our house hits the market 1st week in July, within the first day of our home hitting the market, we had 30+ viewings scheduled with 5 solid offers. Sujin broke down all the offers for us with details of importance. She kept us in the loop and advised us on the differences between the offers, what to expect with each one, etc. We were under contract within 48 business hours with an offer well over asking price. Before I PCSed to Fort Hood, I made up my mind that I will purchase a home. I heard from my colleagues that it is very important to partner with a good realtor as well as a good mortgage company. I googled Fort Hood Realtors, and I found so many great reviews about Sujin Park. I reached out to her and she responded within 10 seconds. The very first thing she did was introducing me to a good mortgage broker that is specialized in VA loan, and I was able to find out how much I am qualified and we started looking for houses. Before we go out and hunt for houses, Sujin told me everything that I need to know about the process. Having been well educated beforehand, everything was so easy to understand during the process. Winning a great deal in this market was NOT EAST AT ALL. We failed to get our offers accepted more than 5 times, but she found a gem that everyone overlooked! I was able to get this deal under contract for a good price, thanks to Sujin. She made sure all the inspections done including termite inspection, and made sure all the major repairs are done property before she took me to closing table. I want to begin by saying that I am thankful for God putting an amazing human being like Sujin to help. For several months I was having a very bad situation with my previous landlord. I started looking into potentially buying a home. I went thru several known realty companies near by and they all did not take into consideration my situation with my landlord and wanted me to focus more on my credit in order to get approved for a home. They kept telling me I was approved already but wanted me to work on my credit for I dont know what reason. After several months of working on my credit, I never got a hold of the realtor that was helping me and she was just never on top of things nor did I notice her actually wanting to help me. I gave up on looking for homes and thought I was screwed. Couple of months after that, I stumbled upon Sujin’s profile on Instagram. I noticed the happines on all the families she has helped and noticed her enthusiasm for helping people. I was a bit skeptical for reaching out to her because I usually do not find people like that on Instagram or never used instagram for that. I mentioned to my mother about Sujin and she told me to just reach out to her and that I had nothing to lose. Sujin has been absolutely amazing! My family met her during an open house in our neighborhood, and we connected right away - she has SUCH a big heart! She really took the time to ask us the right questions to determine what our needs and wants were. I don’t have any idea at all how it works, so I was scared. Being new to a place, just barely starting to have close friends, I don’t know where to start on purchasing a house. Until I opened it up to my co-worker and a friend of mine, he referred me to Sujin. He assured me that Sujin will be a great help and will assist me step by step to my dream house, just like what Sujin did to him and his wife. Met Sujin, initialy just to get info, but ended up getting a pre-approved loan (that was not really part of our initial plan). At first, my husband and I discussed once we got home, “What just happened? That was really quick and we already have a pre-approved loan. So this is it, no backing out”....Sujin stayed in touch with us, until we met the contractor and signed papers, explained to us detail by detail and made sure we understand before we sign anything. She never left us with any questions unaswered. And from there, we realized, we really made a great decision. We didnt only met a great agent, we also met a great friend. And now that we finally moved in to our house, she never lost contact. She still always check up on us and making sure, we are enjoying our new house. Thanks to Sujin that after long years of working (and still working), we can now see where our hardwork go. Even though its a loan, I am still proud to say, that we are now considered as homeowners. I was not in texas when I contacted Sujin. My jusband and I got orders to pcs to hood last minute. We were also concerned we weren’t going to have a house for a long time especially since im pregnant. Sujin really helped us narrow down our search and gave us information about the area. We had bought a house before but this was the least stressful out of the two. She was on top of making sure we got the best and close earlier which was important to us given we have two months to get ready for baby. We love that she goes above and beyond as well as consistent with the communication after purchase. If you’re looking for someone experienced with va loan,the area around hood, and will communicate and look out for you during the entire process, I would 100% recommend her.

Iam so excited to wrote this review. Little back story I was looking for a duplex to purchase in killen Texas and in short the previous realtor gave up because I was sure I wanted a duplex and I would settle for the single family houses she was giving me as options.
