Shelley is excellent! My wife and I just bought our first house, so needless to say we were overwhelmed with the whole process. Shelley was able to alleviate a lot of the undo stress. Shelley is truly the best there is! She was there for us every step of the way, took us through several neighborhoods and homes over several weeks until we found the one! No matter the time of day or how silly a question she was there to take every call. She was extremely mindful of our schedule and travels during the summer and even did a virtual tour of what eventually became our home while we were away. You cant go wrong using Shelley Childress as your realtor. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable to us. We had 2 transactions to navigate and we couldnt have managed them both without her help. We were selling a home in another town and buying in Abilene. Unfortunately our realtor for the sale was not quite as attentive as Shelley. I found myself relying on her for information that was outside her responsibility but she never hesitated to find an answer for us. She listened to our needs and gave us more than we asked for. When I say she went above and beyond, I still dont feel that is enough to describe how much she cares for her clients.I believe Shelley would do whatever is in her power to make sure her clients have the best experience possible. Moving is difficult by any definition but Shelley will do her best to ease the transition.
