Shelby Crews is the most knowledgeable and caring realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am a mortgage loan officer and I have never met an agent more versed in every aspect of the home buying process from her own field, my field, the attorney’s field. Everything. She sets herself far above other agents with her vast knowledge and careful consideration of all the details. You definitely want Shelby representing you in your real estate transactions. You’ll be doing yourself a disservice without her on your team.

My fiancé and I used Shelby to find our first home buying experience. Shelby was great and patient with us as we navigated this housing market! We had a short time frame and were traveling a lot. Shelby went above and beyond to work with our schedule to find our house. She was quick to respond and always was professional. I highly suggest her!

We have been meaning to write this review but just didnt know where to start so were just gonna come in hot and throw it all out there! Shelby is a fantastic, amazing, terrific, and spectacular! From the beginning when our other fantastic realtor from another state reached out to her she was enthusiastic about assisting us. We had a long list of needs that were sent to her by our realtor and we heard from her within a few days. She immediately gave us the 411 on ATL and the surrounding areas and started sending us properties to review. She set up a weekend for us to come see the area and had an itinerary and list of homes. She is extremely detailed having researched the properties prior knowing the history and when looking at homes in person, she checks through every nook and cranny of the home from top to bottom taking in details that are important to home buyers. While we didnt find anything that weekend, she kept at it for another couple of months going to look at homes for us and video calling us to do the walk thru, driving everywhere, braving summer storms, homes that were a bit spooky and being our eyes checking details of each home. When we finally found a home we liked and wanted to present an offer she once again came through with her research skills to help us come in at a fair price that was based on the crazy market. While we didnt get the first one or the second which really broke our heart, she kept at it. Another weekend trip resulted in looking at 15 homes and when we finally found one we decided to put an offer on, she was on it and worked with us on the offer. The third time turned out to be the charm with an accepted offer and this is when she really shined. Shelby is a stickler for following deadlines not just on the sellers end but especially our end ensuring all the details for our loan were met. She met the inspector the day of the inspection checking everything along side him, asking questions for us and herself. Once negotiations began to fix some things, she really pushed for things we wanted and while you cant get everything done, she ensured the important things were done and had a long list of contacts she dealt with on her personal home to provide which really helps when your from out of town. Once closing day came, she ensured everything went as it should since we were closing remotely. She offered numerous times to handle things here and there knowing it was a struggle not being ablel to just move in on moving day and do them ourselves.We realized we gained a friend in Shelby and to this day she is always a text away and has guided us on an ongoing issue even making calls to help us out. With Shelby as your realtor, she provides knowledge, through research, detailed information, patience, professionalism, tenacity, honesty and if your lucky, a new friend. We would very much recommend anyone needing a realtor especially if your coming from out of town to consider her and dont let her youth deter you. She is constantly doing continuing education which keeps her current on everything in the crazy new normal market. She invests in herself so she can give you her best. Its our pleasure to recommend Shelby Crews as a real estate agent.She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs.We found, went to see and we made an offer within hours of our home being listed. Ours was the first offer and it was accepted even though we offered less than cash buyers because of Shelbys negotiating ability. The seller agreed to replace the roof and we paid their deductible. Every step of the process was blessing after blessing from the Lord.We found Shelby to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality.

After searching for the right combination of words, I have found there just aren’t any!! There just is no way to express the gratitude I have for Shelby’s priceless intuition. Despite how “on it” I thought I was with my paperwork and wee hour home searching, in the end, it was Shelby who used what she had at her disposal as a professional to think outside the box and present an option that was perfect for me.
