Allison was referred to us and completely blew us away at the first meeting. She had more questions than we had answer on the type or house, location, likes/dislikes, etc to understand the type of house we wanted. We could tell she was very knowledgeable about the area during the 1st zoom meeting but this was more apparent when we made a short visit to the area and she drove us around. She is very organized and knew exactly what we were looking for so that none of our time was wasted. The biggest take away is that Allison made us feel comfortable from 2000 miles away to visit houses for us and take pictures and videos. She found schools near the houses we looked at and explained all paperwork in detail. After Covid, you rarely get the feeling of trust, comfort, and commitment from businesses and their people. Allison gave us that feeling and took so much stress off of finding a house from long distance while trying to pack on the other end. As long as she is in business, she will be the one we refer out and continue to use.

When those unexpected last minute repairs come up, her husband Dirk is there to help and make sure the job is done right. All these thing allow you to make decisions without second guessing.I have had the pleasure to work with Allison in the sale of my home and purchase of a new home. She fought for me in both deals and I always felt that I was getting the better end of the deal. There was times where my emotions could get the best of me, but Allison was always able to talk me through the situation and give me peace.I interviewed several realtors before meeting Allison. My wife and I are grateful to have had Allison Dillard as our realtor. She is a real professional – conscientious, knowledgeable, well organized and focused on serving her client. Just as important, she was a delight to work with through the whole search, offer, negotiate and close process.We were very picky about the features we wanted in a home, but with a limited budget. She was patient and supportive as we looked at lots of homes. We were ready to put home buying on hold when Allison sent us an early morning text: “I know this isn’t the neighborhood you had in mind, but I think it is what you are looking for.” We walked through the house that morning and made an offer that afternoon. Allison then guided us through the purchasing process with no surprises, no problems.And we still call her when we need a plumber, electrician, landscaper or handyman. We recommend her highly.

She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout a challenging sale (we had eight siblings that all had to agree). She worked tirelessly with the Title Company to ensure that everything we did was all within legal guidelines and took charge in communicating with all the siblings until the closing. Her honesty and integrity just went above and beyond communicating with the family on her own and taking charge was so much appreciated. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Hands down, the best realtor we have ever worked with!!! Allison and her team provided top-notch professionalism from start to finish. Deciding to sell our rental property while being stationed 1,300 miles away was initially a huge concern of ours. After months of non-movement and communication from our previous property manager, a friend referred us to Allison. Two days after being listed with the team our property had received multiple offers, all above asking price! Selling the property was extremely simple/easy. The team went above and beyond expectations, providing an entire 3D virtual walkthrough of the property as well as weekly zoom meetings during the entire process. Our only regret is not calling Allison sooner!

Allison is incredible!!!! She goes above and beyond the call of duty and her services are unmatched. From the moment my husband and I decided to put our house on the market she was first to come through, get eyes on, and recommend low-cost minor repairs in order for our home to sell quick. She also pulled all the comparable houses on the market and took the time to drive me around and view the homes in effort for us to be comfortable with the listing price....We had our first open house and within two days we had an offer and went under contract. COVID hit during this time, and one day before closing, the overseas buyer backed out. Talk about a big bump in the road....but that did not stop Allisons optimistic attitude and she kept me calm during the storm. She scheduled open houses nearly every weekend and a month later we had another offer and were under our second contract. During this time I had to find a rental property and Allison supplied me with current rentals that suited my familys needs and took me to see them. I moved out with the help of my 11 year old son to clear the house for the incoming tenants, and boy I am glad I did because then the flood came...The refrigerator line busted and I got a call from Allison while I was at work. She was going to meet the electrician or plumber (as she did many times on my behalf) and shared with me that the house was flooded. I was just about to lose it, break down, and shed a whole bucket full of tears, but her calm manner and quickness to help eased the situation...She even brought her own family in to help. This woman is amazing and truly cares about who she works with and wants to ensure that your needs and your familys needs are met. I can go on and on about Allison, and not to mention my husband was deployed during this time. Hands down best real estate in El Paso, I would go as far to say in Texas.

Allison Dillard is the best real estate agent I have ever come across . She went above and beyond what anybody would expect from an agent or anybody who provides a service . From the minute we hired her she got the video and pictures set up all done professionally exceeding our expectations . Within a couple days our house was on the market and within a week we were under contract . The deal did not go through and buyers pulled out and within a week or so we had it under contract again getting full asking price . We closed with no issues . Allison helped set up an estate sale for our furniture and put us in contact with the right people for any repairs needed . She is the whole package and more . If I had to sell a house in another state I would pay for her license so she can sell my house again because she set such a high standard that I do not think I will find another like her .Thank you again
