Rachel helped us craft a wise offer in a crazy market. Further, she dealt with the selling owners directly (FSBO) which can always be dicey and delicate. She responded to all our concerns promptly, kept us in the loop, recommended some great local providers for mortgages. My husband and I definitely recommend Rachel!
