He was extremely patient through the abnormally competitive market, flexible with our ever-changing schedule, went above and beyond to provide us with the best house shopping experience, answered all our questions with respect, and took care of us like we were family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor to make the house buying process stress-free.

After months of struggling, I made the difficult decision to sell my mother’s home of 40+ years. Mike’s wealth of knowledge, expertise and professionalism was invaluable. After only two days on the market, he negotiated an incredible offer (over list price) with a cash buyer and we closed in ten days!! Mike is forever a friend and my “go to” for real estate needs. Mike Motley is a fantastic realtor! He knows the area and this crazy market very well. Furthermore, he is fluent with both his companys systems as well as the home-buying process. That depth of knowledge, along with his winsome personality and sincerity, made our experience an enjoyable one.He was always accommodating and patient with us (and our unpredictable schedules). He ensured that we knew about the next steps we would be taking BEFORE we got to that point in the process. That kind of information helped relieve much of the stress that comes with entering such a complicated endeavor as buying a home.While we certainly have no desire to move again any time soon, if we had to, hed be our first phone call.
