Madi Biddison was an outstanding Realtor to work with and was always available to show houses at a moments notice for us. Relocating from out-of-state is a challenge in itself, but without hesitation, Madi would show houses virtually for us to canvas potential properties which was paramount. There were times that she would show 4-5 house a day and I felt bad making her run all over the place( some really far away), but she was always eager to help. I would highly recommend Madi, and will definitely be using her talents as a top-tier realtor for future properties.

Madison truly has a servants heart and was so amazing to work with. When we put our home up for sale, the average days on market in our area was almost 60 days!! Madison managed to get our home under contract in under a week, with multiple offers over asking!She was extremely professional and patient during the process. Her actions showed us she truly cared about helping and getting our house sold. Her marketing and people skills were above and beyond!After our home sold we were honestly a little difficult looking for our new home. We had so many questions and specific things we wanted, and Madison was so patient and kind. She was able to find the perfect home for us before it even hit the market.
