I first met Lolita at an open house when I was just casually looking at homes. We ended up talking and I liked her immediately. A few months later when I started actively looking, I chose her as my realtor. She and I connected over our love of chickens and canning. She is warm, friendly, and a woman of God. This was very important to me, as I too am a woman of God.As this was my first home buying experience, she guided me and helped me out so much. She made the home buying experience pretty easy. She explained each step in the process and prepared me for what to expect along the way.I highly recommend Lolita to anyone looking for an experienced, warm and loving realtor who genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their home buying dreams.

Lolita is just Amazing. She went above and beyond what I have ever expected of a Realtor. During our house hunt and during the time we put in an offer, she was there for me every step of the way. My husband was not able to be home during that process due to work and so Lolita helped me through it all. It felt as if she had that motherly guidance and caring, making sure we found the perfect house for us and then taking all the steps afterwards. And even when worry struck, this God loving woman prayed with me through it all! I very highly recommend Lolita to everyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Lolita helped my husband and I find our first home! We had some very tight time and budget constraints, and needed to find a new place to live FAST. Lolita listened to all of our concerns and worries, she guided us through the process of becoming home owners. She is very honest and insightful, and took to heart what we were aiming for in a home. We were able to find a home, make and offer and close within 2mo, the process was extremely smooth despite the extreme time crunch we had. If we are ever looking again, Lolita would be our go to!
