In 2016, we began to search for our forever location to spend the next chapter in our lives, slowing down and retiring on the coast. We looked from coast to coast and found our little slice of paradise here in Texas on a barrier island in the Gulf.During one of our trips to our Texas island, we were fortunate to get a referral from a local. We connected ourselves with Suzan Zachariah who had years of realtor experience and lived on our soon-to-be island paradise. It was important to work with someone who knows the local real estate market and help by educating us on buying a tree house in the sand.Suzan worked very patiently with us over the last few years, due to the changes in life events and the time it took to sell the house we lived in for over 19 years in Central Texas. We value all the expert advice she has given us, and even though we dont plan on purchasing another house because we found our Forever Home we highly recommend using her for all your real estate needs!
