Lisa is by far the BEST realtor we’ve ever worked with. She is always easy to get a hold of and response timely to texts, calls and emails. She takes initiative to make things happen and to communicate with all parties. We had a difficult property that needed a lot of marketing to promote and sell, and Lisa found us a cash buyer in three weeks, after our property had already been listed for over a year with another realtor. So thankful for Lisa and her team at Golden Realty!

Lisa is an amazing Realtor! I contacted her from out of state last minute for a quick trip out to the Yantis area to look at some properties. She was so accomodating and agreed to meet with me on a Saturday. She was prepared and showed all the properties I wanted to see. After getting to know us and what our plans were when we moved there she actually showed us a property we didnt know about. It was perfect for us all because she listened to what we were looking for. She is so knowledgeable about the area and has excellent referrals for anything you may need. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lisa Davis to anyone looking for an excellent Realtor that knows the area and truly cares about her clients!

I can not express enough how much I appreciate Lisa Davis!! She is an absolutely amazing Realtor and even better person. I am truly grateful that I happened to reach out to her when we decided to put our home in Anna, Tx on the market and search for a new retirement home closer to my husband’s job. We were going to build but thankfully God intervened and Lisa was able to help us navigate out of a situation that could have been devastating.Her expertise, in my opinion, is top notch and I would recommend her highly to anyone wanting to buy or sell property!Our home in Anna sold in 6 days and and Lisa was very instrumental in helping me keep calm during turbulent times trying to find just the right new home.We don’t plan on moving again, but if we do, we will call Lisa!!
