Lisa Alleva is hands down one of the best Realtors out there! She has guided me through the sale of two homes and the purchase of two homes. I guarantee I will always go to her for my Real Estate needs.Every step of the way, from our first discussions of what Im looking for, to the day I moved in, she was there to be sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. It can be a dauting process to wade through the financials and inspections and viewing house after house. Its stressful! But Lisa has a unique ability to help ease your tensions. The reassurance that the right place is out there and we WILL find it, is often what you need to hear when the market is tough and you are competing against so many other offers!And when you need someone to go to bat for you to handle the hard discussions about offers, counter offers, reasonable inspection items to deal with, or even coordinating your loan docs, she is the woman to do it. She helped us find a home that best fit our needs and desires, well within our budget, and she’s fought for us every step of the way. Her support continued after closing as well; when we had questions about filing paperwork or warranty items, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. When we weren’t getting a response from our builder, she stepped in and held them accountable. She’s a wonderful advocate to have on your side. Ive had the pleasure of working with Lisa to buy 2 homes, including new construction, and the sale of 1. She knows her stuff and works tirelessly to make sure that your needs are met. During times of stress or where I had many questions she is always quick to respond and answer those questions, and make sure I always know what the situation is. She makes things clear from the beginning and makes sure you understand the process, the ups and downs, and what to expect on your journey.Lisa also is a great negotiator and always remembers that she is your voice as her client. Shes very friendly and personable, but when she needs to call out the other side and protect your interests, she is the best! She helped us in every way to understand the process because it was our first sale. Her knowledge for the Collin County area for rentals and sales in amazing.
