In short, I couldn’t have bought this home without Kelsey! She is so extremely knowledgeable, she made some hard negotiations go like a breeze and was always making sure everything went smoothly. She has helped me beyond just the home purchase, anytime I needed help with contractors for estimates or inspection providers she was there by my side. She was in constant communication with the lenders, seller agent and title company. She guided me in local expertise for numbers to run my estimates for short term rental calculations, I could go on and on but she is just the person you want by your side with a real estate transaction. I am so incredibly grateful to have had her as my agent and have her support as a host! I recommend her wholeheartedly!

The process, understandably, took longer than buying a home already built. But, Kelsey stayed with me the entire seven months and was great about giving me updates, sending videos of the property, and answering every question I had. She provided the best customer service and never made me feel like I was bothering her or was asking a dumb question. She is very knowledgeable and a great resource of information.
