Working with Karla is a a dream!We met while I was pregnant and looking for a rental, she made the whole process painless. When we were finally ready to buy she came over and explained the whole process and told us what to expect from start to finish. Being first time homebuyers it put us at ease. From showing us several homes, holding our baby so we could check things out, crawling around attics to ensure we knew everything to make the best decision for our family. Her attention to detail unmatched. She works with an awesome team of lenders and inspectors, everything you need she takes care of it for you.
