Were from the Midwest and moved to the North Texas area for work several years ago. I met Jonathan through a mutual friend, and he was always available to answer my random questions until we were ready to buy a home this year. Even during this crazy market, Jonathan was able to successfully get our offer accepted, and even negotiated repairs and a better price for us on the house we really wanted. Hes an easy-going guy with his clients, but being tough when needed with the other side is where his experience really shows. Ive already told my coworkers about Jonathan - highly recommended!

Jonathan has been my familys personal Realtor for several years and has been especially helpful lately as our family has grown larger. Just recently he sold our home for a full-price cash offer. When we were purchasing a new build a few years ago he provided a lot of insights into what we could get from the builders and ended up with additional builder incentives we never would have gotten. He comes up with a lot of innovative ideas that get results and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Jonathan helped us find a rental home in the Arlington area. He was was very prepared for our appointment with a variety of listings that could meet our needs. We found the property we wanted on our first attempt, and Jonathan was quick and aggressive to help us get it. He communicated with us quickly when we had questions, and he stayed on top of the other realtor to make sure everything went smoothly. Jonathan is a very knowledgeable realtor and very determined to get his clients everything they want!

Great Real Estate Agent? Or The Greatest of All Time?Earlier this year I got a new job and decided to move to a house with a playroom for my son.I reached out to Jonathan for help and advice because the COVID-19 virus was just getting started. After weighing my options and his suggestions, we decided to move forward with him. Much like my choice to frost the tips of my hair in the early 2000s, this was a great decision.He sold our old house for nearly 5% more than expected in under two weeks...so we had plenty of time and extra cash to prepare for our move, which was amazing! Also the whole COVID thing gave us lots of time to do nothing but prepare too, but we cant let it take all the credit.Both closings went about as smooth as you could expect during all this craziness, and Jonathan really went the extra mile to ensure that we would be safe and get everything we needed at all times.Not only would I use Jonathan again, I plan to make him the Real Estate agent for my entire extended family, which includes Uncle Jeb, Aunt Betty, Cousin Mike, Third Cousin Mike, Second Cousin Mike, Twice Removed, estranged Cousin Michael, and I guess my parents and siblings.

Jonathan was of tremendous help when we were looking for a house to rent in Denton in 2016. At that time we were living in Dallas. He went the extra mile (literally) to actually take pictures of the house we currently live in, and was super fast in getting us connected regarding the technicalities. We were so confident with his decision making that we decided to rent the house without even actually looking at it. We were at that time traveling out of town, but he helped us by sending the forms as well. He is also knowledgeable about the locale, as he was brought up in the DFW area. Plus he is easily accessible and very friendly. In addition, he is very reliable and honest with what he knows.
