Jennifer is an outstanding realtor. She managed a difficult purchase from an homeowner whom was behind in his mortgage with the VA ..so, it wasnt an easy purchase for us due to all the hurdles Jennifer was having to go through for our benefit. I recall we almost gave up but she kept a positive attitude and was resilient during the purchase. We eventually closed on the large home and it has been a successful rental property for us. But to this day, she hasnt forgotten about us and has continued to send us a Christmas card with a small NY calendar.We are no longer purchasing investment properties, but if we were, Jennifer would be our Realtor of choice.
