JC Hearn sold our property with a few months and over our asking price! He was patient and professional. I had not bought or sold property in decades, so he had to walk me through it step by step. JC was able to connect us with surveyors and other necessary professionals. Since I donβt live in the area, everything was done on-line. No problems. I highly recommend JC. -
