Hannah is a phenomenal realtor. She not only helped negotiate a reasonable price, but she helped find inspectors, kept the ball rolling and opened the door when we needed it. She ensured we closed on time, showed up to closing and cared about making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Hannah as the realtor expert in the area ❤️

Buying a house from out of state has never been easier. My family is PCSing to Corpus from Louisiana currently and Hannah was able to look at houses for us and give us her opinions, and record the showings so we could see the houses from hours away. She was able to suggest locations that were within our means of living which offer amenities we were wanting etc.. She had very good knowledge of the local area, builders, and great knowledge of the way homes are built in the area. We had ZERO issues with this home buying experience thanks to her transparency with everything.

Hannah is the best! She starts working for you immediately after you contact her and continues to work day and night for you until you close on your house. She even did video showings when we couldn’t go see them in person and gave us her honest opinions. When we couldn’t find a house we wanted to purchase she helped us get a rental, and then after the lease was up she helped us find and close on our new house. She communicated with us every step of the way and we were never left in the dark about anything. She’s also very friendly and pleasant to work with. She helped my Mom purchase her house as well and everything went smoothly for both transactions. She really goes above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend her more!

We started working with Hannah almost a year ago from another state. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a lot to build on in the future for retirement. She really got to know us, what we needed, and what we were looking for in our budget. We live more than 10 hours away so it was very hard to quickly see properties or find what was just right. she communicated so well, kept us in the loop, found properties that we tried to get but missed. She even helped us with an estate sale for my father remotely. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. We finally were able to get our lot that is more than we could have asked for.
