Christina was incredible during the home buying process. She moved fast and ensured that my offer was competitive, I wouldn’t have gotten the house without her. After going under contract, Christina set up (and attended!) all of the necessary appointments including the inspection, HVAC, foundation, and others all within a very tight contingency window. If you’re looking for a realtor who can do it all while keeping things fun and stress-free, look no further! We had only a couple of days to house-hunt, and she didn’t just make it happen—she absolutely crushed it! She packed two full days of showings into our tight schedule, all while my 2- and 4-year-olds were running around like tiny tornadoes. And trust me, not once did she lose her cool or make us feel like we were too much to handle (a miracle in itself!).Then, she spent an entire day with just me, powering through 11 houses until we narrowed it down to the final two. When we found the one, she was ready to go into full action mode! It was the last available model of a new build, and we had to act fast. She literally sat with me in the seller’s office to lock down that house before I had to hop on a plane back to Kansas the next morning. Christina sold my condo during what was probably the most difficult time to do so. The market has slowed and multiple identical condos in my complex were on the market at the same time. Christina was steadfast, however. From organizing construction experts to redesign the house, working with other realtors to come up with marketing strategies, and talking me through pricing she got the job done and my unit was the only one that sold. Through all of this she continually impressed me by going above and beyond, checking in to see how I was doing, and never faltering in her determination to get the job done. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Dfw and surrounding metroplex and was very thorough when looking for mine and my fiancés home. As a first time homeowner buying in a market I was not aware of, Christina was very helpful. I provided her what my dream house was and by the 3rd or 4th viewing she found it for me. In what was a crazy sellers market she found what I was looking for in my price range. On the way to closing she even picked me up at the tire shop due to a flat tire! Would recommend her 100 out of a 100 times!!
