I had to sell my house rapidly and they did just that. I never felt rushed and they always treated me with great respect. They even knew representatives that gave me great deals when I needed my home repaired before selling. Delaney and Johnanthan are the best!!! I recently needed a house sold asap and before January 1st. Delaney had it sold within 24 hours after Johnathan took a look at it. They held my hand through the process of selling the home. The title company was taking their time closing the deal but Deleany was on them making sure they met deadlines so we can all be satisfied. She is the best if you want to buy a home or sell she get it done for you. They aren’t pushy and make you fell very comfortable. That makes for a better buying and selling experience. They are true professionals. I will recommend them to all my family and friends for now on!

I had to sell my home in a bit of a rush, as I had already moved. Though, even though it in a bit of a hurried sell, Delaney and Johnathan work deliberately from day 1 getting the home looking picture perfect, the posting and the their unbelievable communication is un-parallel and un-matched!The home got 3 offers within 24 hours, Delaney has such a grasp on offers and processes that all offers were explained thoroughly. By the next day I was under contract, Delaney and Johnathan were clear, precise and communicative during the whole process until the home sold! Couldn’t be happier and for sure made the process beautifully easy. Honest and professional is key and they for sure have it!Thanks again to both of them for being so helpful and supportive during the whole process! Wouldn’t of been done without yall!

Got Delaney’s number from a friend who just bought a house with her and had a great experience. I accidentally fell in love with the second house I saw on the first day of showings, but I just knew it was mine!If I had a quick question, her response time was super quick back.. if I didn’t understand something then she and/or Jonathan would call and explain in great depth. Jonathan or Delaney were present during my showing, blue taping, and final walk through. This was super helpful as it was my first time buying a home and didn’t know what types of questions to ask.As a first time home buyer, the process can be extremely overwhelming, but it was nice to know that I wasn’t alone and had some guidance/help. The two of them are genuine people who actually want to find a great home for you and want to try and make things as smooth as possible.
