Danika and her team went above and beyond for us in finding a tenant for our home. If there was one regret, its that we didnt find her sooner. She was very punctual throughout the whole process and always kept us up to date and informed. We never felt like we had to chase her down for any information or updates.I would highly recommend Danika to anyone looking for a realtor who is honest, punctual and operates in integrity. My husband and I reached out to the In God’s Hands Realty Team after purchasing a home and needing a new realtor to help us with finding renters for our home. Being in another country and having had a poor post-close experience with our prior realtor, Vashá, Danika, and Nicki saved us!They quickly took us on, were very transparent and set realistic expectations for us while still aiming do their best to serve us. Within a day of contacting and speaking to the team (already later in the day), Danika was on it, coordinating with our prior realtor to pick up our closing documents and house keys, and went to the house to set up the lockbox. Danika created the house listing immediately, met the photographers on short notice, and we went live with the posting as soon as the pictures were done.Danika was always on top of the ball doing her research, making calls, updating us daily, driving distances early mornings and evenings when needed, was very flexible with us as we were in a different time zone, and always made herself available to hop on calls to answer our questions. When questions came up for us, she already had the answers, or had already been working on getting the answers.Danika is always steps ahead and is VERY knowledgeable and experienced. Within a few weeks of putting up our listing during the holidays, we found tenants and signed a contract which Danika carefully reviewed to ensure that we were protected as landlords.Danika and the entire team is amazing, very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, and we will definitely keep in touch. Danika took great care of me. She went above and beyond. I remember telling her the house that she sent me to look at was not what I was looking for. She told me to trust her and I did. Ended up being exactly what I wanted! The professionalism was unmatched. Would recommend her to all my friends and family.
