Cindy and The Kennedy Realty Group are above the rest. I would not hesitate to use them every time we need to buy or sell and highly recommend. We found a lease in North Dallas last fall and Cindy helped us tremendously with her vast knowledge of the area with details on all neighborhoods new and old. Right after signing our lease we were still living out of state and had an issue. Cindy did not hesitate to drive to the house and help get everything fixed. We just purchased our first home in TX and Cindy once again helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made it easy from start to finish.

My sister and I were first-time home buyers with no clue. After my first conversion with Cindy, I knew we were in good hands. Cindy, Scott, and Jake held our hands through the entire process and made sure we knew what was happening, when it was happening, and why it was happening. Whenever we had a question (and we had many), they were always available to answer. Buying your first home is an intimidating process, but Cindy and Scott gave us the confidence to make decisions and helped us negotiate a good deal for our new home. Even once everything was settled, they kept up with us and asked what more they could do to help. This team is professional, knowledgeable, and honest, but they also make the process as fun and unscary as possible. If you need a realtor (especially if you’re newbies like us), I wholly and confidently recommend the Kennedy Realty Group.

Cindy and Scott are hands down the best realtors you will ever find! They guided us through selling our house in Frisco and made sure we got top dollar by bringing in a professional stager to give us advice on what was needed, and not needed, for the house to show well. As a result, we sold our house in 8 days! Cindy and Scott have also helped us purchase 2 Air BNBs over the past 2 years which have been amazing. You will not be disappointed with the Kennedys!

When it comes to finding a home, she listens to their needs and wants, and she delivers. Cindy, Scott, and Jake helped us buy our first home and we are so grateful for them. They go above and beyond to the point you will feel like you’re their only client. We tried to buy a property for the last 2 years and worked with 5 other realtors before being introduced to The Kennedy group. Their positivity was so refreshing bc we were exhausted by the time we started working with Cindy and her team. None of our offers were ever accepted with the other agents until we met them! We couldn’t believe someone finally accepted our offer in this crazy market.Cindy has a reputation of submitting the best offers aned agents/clients love working with her because she’s honest, fast, and gets things done. We experienced an unusual close where the title company discovered a 2nd lien on the home and the seller defaulted. I’ll spare the painful details, but what we appreciated is that Cindy advised us to seek legal counsel and she connected us to the best real estate attorney. She worked with our lender to request an extension to hold our rate and kept us informed about EVERYTHING.Scott is an expert with the inspection reports and knows if a house is built well. He came to the inspection with Cindy and thank the good Lord they did because THEY WERE FINDING THINGS that the inspector did not discover himself. I asked the inspection company to pay Cindy and Scott since they did all the work!!! They asked him the hard questions, which I would not have known to even ask.I don’t want to forget to mention our experience with Jake! Although he is a man of few words, do not let that fool you bc he has a great sense of what’s going on in the housing market. He’s literally been studying real estate since he was a fetus, he is thoughtful and offers strategic and sage advice. He didn’t fill my head up with what he thought I wanted to hear during the showing, which gave me the clarity I needed to decide if I wanted the place or not. He asked me the right questions to help guide my decision making. He showed us the property that we ended up purchasing and advised us on the amount offer!We are so grateful for their guidance, expertise, and the white glove service they provided to us in our first home purchase. They will be our agents for life. We are looking forward to buying and selling more property with the Kennedy group!!!

My family moved to North Texas from out of state, and Cindy was the ultimate expert guiding us every step of the way! She gave honest opinions and valuable insider information that only locals would know regarding neighborhoods, school districts, who the best builders are, and roads to avoid. Its obvious when you talk to her that she really knows the greater Dallas area well. Need an electrician, internet company, utility company? Cindy knows who to call and she has a guy for that! When we were making offers, we felt so confident in Cindys negotiation skills. We knew she was communicating the right information to sellers and getting every message across, and we got a GREAT house in our DREAM neighborhood! Finally, after we closed but before we arrived in Texas, Cindy and Scott would stop by to check on our house, run the sprinklers and take care of the grass. When I was confused setting up utilities at the new house, they were there to make sure my electric was on and the water was working. Basically, they held our hand and took care of us and our house even after closing day. They care so much and really made buying a wonderful experience for us!

This family is nothing short of amazing. My family relocated from Iowa to Texas and a local friend had recommended we reach out to Cindy since she was so great when they had worked with her. We ended up reaching out MONTHS in advance, not knowing exactly when we were going to relocate. Cindy was in touch every step of the way asking questions about our likes and dislikes, told us the red flags she experienced when we were looking at a new development (which we ended up walking away from, thank goodness!) When it came down to go time and we were ready to start actually looking, we were fortunate to work with Cindy, Scott, AND Jake to do virtual walk throughs for homes since we couldnt be here physically. They expressed any concerns they had about the homes and were very up front about where they felt pricing was at, were very prompt with getting comps and keeping us in the loop as soon as they had responses from the other side of the transaction. We had a few great potential homes slip through our fingers but we absolutely LOVE where we landed. Location wise, everything is PERFECT for our family and really, more than we could have asked for! We 1000% would recommend Cindy, Scott or Jake since they were all fantastic, although we primarily worked with Cindy. You really cant go wrong with this team!!!

We are very thankful for The Kennedy Realty Group / Ebby Halliday Realtors. They helped us buy our first home, and now sell our first home. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more helpful, patient, or top notch! Cindy drove a very pregnant me around for hours and hour looking for the perfect house to bring pur daughter home to in 2018. Scott got down on his hands and knees to scrub my floor and make sure the tile wasn’t damaged. They treated us like family, and in return have become part of ours.
