My wife and I moved to Texas and we decided to lease until we found a house we liked. I kept researching different realtor listings and Cheries was extremely helpful. She created a page just for our searches, she is great!I know my house buying experience was so much smoother because of her attention to detail, her friendly reminders for deadlines and she is just a genuine kind person, that I feel blessed to have met.Cheries help in finding my wife and I our dream home will never be forgotten.

I could not be happier with my experience with Cherie Bell, we began communicating months in advance of the actual purchase of my home. She had great information regarding taking care of your new home, even suggesting to go over your home report and in the next year address any issues that we found that did not need to be addressed for the sale of the house.One of the best pieces of advice was her declaring, you can fix up your house, but you cant change the neighborhood.Her communication and negotiation skills are outstanding, her guidance on what would be best for both parties got our house under contractShe was very respectful of the homes we viewed, also of the owners and other realtors time.I highly recommend her for any home buying or selling needs you have.

Five PLUS Stars - I cannot begin to share what an awesome experience it was working with Cherie. We started by looking at resale homes. She guided the way as we were looking for our first home on an acre (my husband and I had this as a Bucket List item) and we needed a home where my Mom and Dad had a separate living area. After many weekends we had not seen the right choice, feeling like Goldilocks at times. Cherie than found Silverleaf. We were able to build a home with everything we were looking for! Cherie was there through the whole process, keeping everything on track.Cherie then sold our previous home, providing input in getting top dollar! We moved into our new home in November but she positioned our home in a somewhat “off market” (we had a pool) to support an offer that helped us get into the new one.Cherie is very knowledgeable and ensures her clients are educated along the way. Cherie was instrumental in keeping us abreast of information, while dealing with the builders of our new home. Whenever we found discrepancies, she was adamant in getting answers for us and holding all accountable. She always got back with us in a timely manner. I thought my closing costs were going to be quite considerable and was quite surprised at the actual amount. I would definitely recommend Cherie to handle your home purchase or sell.

I could not have asked for a better person to help me with my home buying experience. Cherie was very organized and presented me with a notebook of all the houses we were going to look at the first time I met her. Because I lived 3 hours away and only came into the area to visit children, she always made the time to show me homes during those times and was always prepared. When I found my home, she did an excellent job of walking me through the process of making the offer and closing on the home. She was there when the inspector came and kept me up to date on all the information I needed. This was a difficult move for me and Cherie did everything she could to make it easier.

Cherie was able to help us quickly sell our current home in order to start the process of moving into our dream home. She has been such a blessing to our family. Cherie was great! She contacted me while I was in another state, and beginning my retirement from the Marine Corps. She was easy to talk to and is very attentive to what you want in a home. As a first time home buyer, I was happy that she was frank and honest.We spoke about the particulars of where and when I wanted to make my move to the DFW area. I actually came to the area and met with Cherie twice before we found what I was looking for. Cherie knows the area, and is well versed in real estate speak (Lol). She assisted me with negotiating the price for my home, and some extras too! If you are searching for your next home, look no further than Cherie Bell!

Our first experience with Cherie was her aid in the purchase of our daughter and son-in-laws house. She was very helpful in understanding the process of transfer of ownership of the property including the legal aspects, e.g. closing costs, cash vs mortgage, etc. In light of this previous experience, we again chose her for help with our recent purchase of a new (to us) house. That should be a sufficient recommendation. However, I will say more. We actually found the house before engaging her help. As before, she was quite helpful in contacting the sellers agent and establishing a fluid channel of information as we asked a myriad questions regard various aspects required to purchase the property, about the property itself and the necessary items before purchasing the property, e.g. professional property inspections, property survey, negotiating reductions in selling price for relatively minor damages and items that needed to be fixed as a result of the inspections. Even after the purchase was complete, she has been very helpful in answering follow-up questions and dealing with issues with the title company. After reading this, I hope that anyone reading this review would seriously consider choosing Cherie for your selling or purchasing property in her region of activity.
