Once we went under contract for our home, he was still just as attentive throughout that process. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further, he is your guy!

Chance is simply an AMAZING realtor! He has recently helped me purchase a new home. He was super patient, approachable, answered my 500 questions in a timely manner, and was always very knowledgeable. He helped me get an incredible deal on my new house and advocated for me during every step of the process. He was able to get the seller to lower the purchase price and to move up my closing date, per my request. I highly recommend Chance for all your real estate needs!

I believe Im a little different from all the other reviews, and heres why...When we moved to Texas a friend referred Chance to me and I figured, sure why not. At first, I was taken back by his Southern hospitality which increasingly grew on us. He backed up his charm by his work day and night to find us the home we wanted after dragging him around for 10 days. We saw a home list, called Chance VERY late, and he got us in the next morning to make an offer.Now fast forward, it was time to sell that home and we interviewed other realtors. None gave us the it will be ok like Chance. We gave him the opportunity to sell the home he put us in and again, he did not disappoint. He is honest and makes sure you are taken care of at all times.

Navigating the housing market is intimidating right now, but Chance is trustworthy and actually listened to what we wanted in our next house. We weren’t in a rush to buy or sell, but he found us the perfect house in our ideal location. We closed on our new house within a month and sold our house within three weeks.
