Carrie Lynch offered me a realistic approach with patience to helping me find my property. My realtor experience was next level with her. I was able to conduct my 95% of my real-estate search remotely. She created a dialog with me to find what I wanted. Carrie knows her market and what is realistic. Washington County is her home base, but she knows the surrounding counties, especially if what I wanted to commute to Austin and Houston for work. Carrie does her home homework to make your experience hassle free. With her knowledge and contacts, you will feel right at home.

Where do I begin?I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Carrie and her services as a realtor. She did all the required work to sell our acreage property, including market research and analysis.Carrie showed expertise in her field, which Im convinced allowed her to succeed in the work that resulted in our property being sold in an expeditious manner.After receiving an offer on the property, Carrie continued the effort of managing the fine details required to get through closing. Wow – would we recommend…. ABSOLULETY! !We began our journey to find land with Carrie over a year ago. We were not sure exactly how many acres we needed or wanted. She showed us a few properties to get an idea of what we liked and get a solid understanding of our vision. She would than take the time to go out and view the multiply properties we were interested in and let us know if we should take a look or pass. She helped us in many different ways as well as educating us on certain questions or concerns we had. We have now purchased the perfect place for us, we would not have been able to do this without her.
