I was referred to Bill of caffgroup by another agent. I originally set out to sell my house as is without repairs and was going to lose out on a lot of potential proceeds. After speaking with Bill and putting work in my house he assured me we would be able to get our selling price. Sure enough after the suggestions and work, we ensuring the home was ready for sale and went to market. I received multiple offers within five days of going to market and sold within the month and within my asking price. Bill is awesome! I originally reached out to inquire about a rental property while we waited for our house to be built. He informed me that it was no longer available, but there was another one that might be coming up. He coordinated a tour for me so quickly, helped to draw up contracts, and negotiated terms so that we were moving in before we knew it! Plus, he earned no commission off this deal, he just was willing and able to help the homeowner find renters and my family find a short term home.
