As a new Property Manager I was unsure how to navigate the hurdles of marketing, screening, finding and booking a tenant for a property. The Ziprent process is well defined, easy to use and supported by a great Team of professionals. I was also very impressed that a representative would reach out to me if I called their office after hours to ensure that I had my questions or service needs addressed.Finally, their continuous monitoring and updating of the property’s on-line clicks, leads, showings, and potential pricing adjustments was super helpful in keeping the sourcing active and ready for leasing.I optioned for tenant placement services only, but strongly believe that their full service portfolio offerings will dramatically help smooth owner property management.

Ziprent is full of trustworthy and professional individuals that will help take the stress out of being a landlord! Im so glad I found their services as I was getting nowhere with the previous property management company I was using. From the get go I received a call to answer any questions about their process and representatives that were responsive and efficient. I utilize their tenant placement and monthly management services and am content with the whole process. The only issue was response times to some time sensitive matters but I still was able to reach a representative when I needed to. I recommend ziprent to any landlord, you get such high quality service for a low flat rate!

Their processes from initial listing to following up on leads to showing the property to following up w/ prospective Tenants - all is very streamlined and super efficient. The staff is also very responsive and fast. I highly recommend them.

Ziprent did an excellent job working with us to get our home on the rental market. The fact that ziprent was able to get back so quickly for all our queries was impressive. The whole process was very well organized.They provided inputs on what needs to be fixed to get a good rental price, took professional pictures to post of websites, managed property showings and efficiently communicated between us and the renter.Their automated assessment for rental pricing still needs tweaking to be more in tune with the local market. Ziprent management team were receptive of this feedback and said they are continually improving their algorithms. Good thing is ziprent is not pushy and let us to make our own judgement call on the pricing. They do provide market assessment for your area to help with this.

I highly recommend Ziprent as a good deal for owners who want the legal backing of a legal lease and tenant screening. The pictures they took of the house were great and the price was much fairer than local companies. I don’t use their monthly management feature right now, just their rent collection ( for only $25/month!) but if I were unable to perform maintenance I would. They always answer their phones and emails right away.I’ve been burned before by “nice” people who end up being very irresponsible tenants who wouldn’t pay rent or who break their leases (by bringing animals, hoarding). Advertising with a property management company keeps people away who don’t qualify and have bad tenant histories. Worth the very fair price to be protected.
