I am always very happy with the professional service ziprent provides managing my property. Every experience I’ve had with all Ziprent representatives is always very professional and efficient. Since using Ziprent I have peace now that I didn’t have before with other property management companies. Both I and the tenants can easily reach out to Ziprent for support and they quickly and professionally meet every need every time. I highly recommend Ziprent. They are also the most affordable and most competitive as well!!!

Highly recommend! Great customer service and awesome employees. They answered all questions thoroughly and quickly. When our renters need anything fixed, they send us a couple of quotes and reviews of companies who can get the job done so all we have to do is pick which we want to go with. Ziprent knows their stuff.... highly recommend.

Our moving cant go any smoother without Ziprent. The staff were super helpful and they responded to all my questions quickly. The communication between the owner of the house and us was clear through Ziprent. Everything happened on time according to the discussion from desired move-in date to when the refrigerator will come in. I love how I can just book the tour online, and chose my desired time, and touring the house by myself, such a great way to do this! We will definitely recommend Ziprent to anyone who is looking for a home!!

I like the transparency of how Ziprent operates and communicates as a professional business. Some other property management businesses are sketchy with bias picking for their preferred tenants; primarily Hispanics and approve repairs without owners consent or knowledge. However Ziprent is fair in its business practice; the owner is made aware of repairs and decides base on each application merit/qualification who the tenant should be and Matt D. was great communicator.The only one improvement is the retention of very professional and highly reliable staff.Would recommend Ziprent.

Ziprent is the best PM Ive worked with. The whole process was amazing. Timeliness and initiative were the biggest factors. The Ziprent team got my property on the market within a couple days of me signing with them. The website and email updates are professional and very user friendly. Tenant screening was excellent and communication during the leasing process was great. I appreciated the efficiency, transparency and very fair price for the service.

Customer Service! I recently just worked with Ziprent to get some tenants into my home. They were very attentive, understanding, and patient. They responded often within a couple hours and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. It only took about 1 month to find tenants with very little work on my end. Ziprent manages all of the photos, online profiles (zillow, etc.), and tenant placement for you. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your property management needs.

I just have to say. I am very impressed by the service I was provided by Zip Rent during my process of finding and renting an apartment. Which before them has not been easy to do so.The teams very well connected. Very responsive and just quick and and easy. I applied and I was kept in the loop of every step. Alison who helped me the most was amazing ! I am grateful not only because I found the apartment I was looking for but because everyone especially Alison were great and professional. I have rented properties before and most of the times customer service is poor and non helpful. Definitely recommend!

I have used Ziprent twice now and come to get an overall feel: it is an incredibly efficient invisible rental service boutique, that has top notch training of its staff, and equipped the most up to date technology to find tenants and manage them. You will hear their impressively consist professional staff voices on the call even into 8pm PST Sunday, and their recap of the conversation. Every inquiry/lead/property viewing/feedback/email/walkthrough has a footprint on your account, so you are having a rental dashboard on hand anywhere you go. In particular, Katherine, Josh, Shawn, Ashley, and Rachel are the best. This is a company representing the future of rental placement and management, recommend with 10.
