Ziprent - Efficient and Transparent Property Support Services:Ziprent made the entire process of moving into a new home so easy and efficient. From the initial application, through the lease signing, account setup for making monthly rent payments and finally the tenant walkthrough, everything is online, and easy to access on your personal dashboard. The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive. Ziprent would send frequent notifications by text and email reminding me of outstanding action items, and also of upcoming steps in the process. Ziprent staff reached out to me by email, as well as called me to make sure the process was clear, and that I did not have any concerns. Ziprent provides the perfect set of solutions of both landlords and tenants. I appreciate the fact that I can pay online, and no longer worry about mailing a rent check, as well as make maintenance requests quickly and easily with a record for both landlords and tenants to access. Great customer service from Ziprent.

Ziprent was very responsive throughout our process of renting our new apartment. When I arrived to view the apartment, I realized I had booked my appointment for the wrong day. They immediately picked up the phone and helped me register for that moment, so that I could still view the apartment. They were very responsive by phone and by email. They also gave very clear instructions for using the lockbox to access the property.

Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. Theres transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. Ive used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services Ive seen.

Firstly, let me start by stating, that I have rented A LOT of homes in my lifetime. However, this has been the fastest, easiest, and most user-friendly experience ever. This verification process is amazing, it was just the click of a button to verify my information instantly, and I couldnt have been happier.I was approved the next morning. Im aware the quick approval was indicative of the owners quick response time. However, it was an added bonus to the overall process. I also, like the self-view feature of the property at your convenience. This enabled me to look through the property at my leisure which in turn helped with my decision to rent the said property.The Zip-Rent staff has been VERY helpful in every aspect of this rental process, from addressing all my questions about the overall rental process and concerns to troubleshooting. I am very happy with the company and the entire rental process.

When I found this location and saw that it was managed by Ziprent, I was relieved to know that this property had a management company but didnt realize what excellent service I would receive. From touring the home, placing a application, finalizing the lease, repairs, and moving in, Ziprent has been there every step of the way. Their communication through email is quick and efficient and I do love the text message updates.

It has been good experience with ziprent. Staff were very responsive whenever I used to call them. One thing I did not like is the code that they used to sent via text message and I did not receive code via message and need to call them to get the code. That should be changed.
