I recently used Ziprent to lease a house in Austin Texas and I could not be more pleased with the simplicity of the process and the staff. It was very easy to get documents signed and any issues addressed extremely quickly. The efficiency and service is top notch. I would highly recommend using Ziprent. I plan to use them for any rental properties I lease or rent out my self in the future.

I had the best service with Ziprent. I cannot believe how fast they quickly reply to our emails, any inquiries that we have or concerns. Customer service is absolutely amazing especially when we needed a code to get to the house I called Ziprent, right away they gave us the code. Overall the process was extremely efficient. Communication and follow-ups were excellent. Pricing was great. Ziprent was able to set up my account, get the property listed on Zillow and other sites, schedule showings and help sign the lease in a little over 3 weeks. Ziprents tenant screening and qualification process is a great addition. I highly recommend Ziprent!

I recently I had to make a drastic decision and move. Before my recent experience I had never heard of Ziprent, but after using them for the first time id like to give them a easy 10/10!!! They made my recent move so much more easier for me. The communication was amazing. It seems like every time I had a question they would respond instantly. They never left me out of the loop and always updated me either through email or a phone call. Each representative I spoke with was extremely nice and I have zero complaints. If you have the chance to use this service then Id say dont hesitate because they are top notch!

I hired Ziprent to rent my house when a traditional property management company couldnt get it rented after 5 months.They were extremely responsive right away and took care of everything from online marketing, photos, application processing, background checks, move-in, repair and gardening bids to tenant screening. They were able to get me renters in 2 weeks!The whole Ziprent team was very communicative through text and e-mail, keeping me updated each step of the way.I highly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property management company!

My experience with Ziprent has been a good one. They are very professional and responsive and its fairly easy to get someone live on the phone, which is RARE these days. The listing process was easy and smooth. The photographer came on time and fitted the smart lockbox and took some great pictures of my home. We started getting hits right away and could track all the folks scheduled to come see the place. Their platform is easy to use and well organized for landlords to manage properties.The only reason I didnt give them 5-stars is because I wouldve liked Ziprent to be more of a strategic partner in the endeavor to find the right tenant. We got multiple offers but a lot of them were NOT the right offers. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth with prospective tenants with Ziprent acting as the middle-man. It wouldve been nice if Ziprent reps couldve anticipated some common questions that may have come up, instead of just passing information back and forth - which wouldve saved us some time and headache. It wouldve also been nice if Ziprent gave a little more guidance on the small things like what a typical security deposit is if we allow pets; or insight into someones credit profile, etc.All in all, we are very pleased with Ziprent thus far. They found us good tenants who are paying rent on time and we dont have to worry about our property while we are living overseas. And of course, you cant beat $100 a month property management fee right!

The Ziprent team was incredibly helpful and accommodating in my process renting. My roomates and I are young renters, which created a lot of nerves for us but the team provided steps that were easy to digest and always provided every piece of information that we would need. The entire process went by quickly and smoothly. On top of all of that, all team members had provided me with amazing customer service and made me feel secure from applying to finalizing the lease.

I decided to work with Ziprent because (a) their online rating was far ahead of other players (b) they were cheaper than the rest and © they required me to do the least amount of work. I was hugely impressed with their work -- Ill call them amazon of property management world. The overall process - from getting the pictures clicked, to getting the listing live on various platforms, to getting leads, showings and applications, and then leasing -- was very smooth for me. Highly recommended!

I found Ziprent on Google and so happy I did. After managing my own rental property for ten years I thought I would experiment by hiring an outside company. Everything I read about Ziprent has proven to be true in so many ways. Their online service, meaning minimal agent interaction made me skeptical at first, but then after seeing the 5-10 new leads per day and the 3-7 showings per week over a period of 3-4 weeks was more attention than I ever expected. It wasnt long before the applications started coming in and all I had to do was pick the best applicant from a growing list. You wont believe your savings by using Ziprent let alone the professionalism you will receive from their top-notch staff. Im a believer!

It can be a real hassle finding new renters - Ive been through it many times. Recently, I decided to try Ziprent. I couldnt be more satisfied, they offer a complete turn-key solution from advertizing the property, to selecting the renter, to running the credit checks - right through to the final walk through and handing over the keys. Really simple.What I really liked about the services provided was a portal where you could keep track of the rental process, including the scheduled showings and renter comments.I will definitely use them again. Its a no-brainer.

With the online tools and self-walkthrough, we were able to get many showings for the house I have listed.
