    This place has been terrific to work with. When I went to look at the property I had an issue with making my appointment on time but Amber waited longer for me to allow me to see it the same day.     Wow all I can say is wow !!! When I woke up today I was in a bind and I didn’t know who to call for help with leasing a rental property in Smith County. While surfing the web I came across a unit for rent. I really liked it!! I called Wright-Way Services to inquire and was greeted with a very friendly and happy representative named Lauren and she made my day by helping me. Wright-Way Services provided excellent positive and comfortable customer service. While though the unit was not available for my needs Lauren helped me every step of the way she answered and actively resolved any question that I had for her and the how to of renting a property. I wasn’t the most ideal candidate for renting and she made me feel like I was the only Candidate perfect for renting !!! Way to go Lauren, Wright-Way Services for providing outstanding customer service Wright-Way went above and beyond !!!     I came to Tyler TX from NM to find a place to live. Wright-Way was the only business that returned my call. Sara Lam worked with me, (on a Sunday) to find me a place and I found one. She made herself available for me at my convenience. My sister is now looking for a place here in Tyler and Sara again has made herself available to us on our time schedule. She is very nice and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Wright-Way, (Sara Lam). The people are so nice. I feel like a gained a new group of friends. Thank you Wright-Way.I would also like to mention, that Garrett and Eric built a fence at my house and did a great job. They were very nice and respectful and cleaned up everything after they were finished. Happy customer here.

    Wright-way was a great company to work with. They went out of their way to help us get a place close to Tyler that would accept our dogs. Angie was great and always got right back to me when I had questions or to get us the paperwork that we needed.     We chose Wright-Way solar on the recommendation of friends who had Rudy install a solar panel array on their home in Nacogdoches, Texas. We made a good choice. Wright-Way handled all the permits, utility compliance and installation. Our decision to put solar on the roof had a lot of questions. Rudy was informative, professional and always available. We are very happy, reviewing our daily power generation on my wife’s iPhone. We highly recommend Wright-Way if you are thinking about solar power generation.

    We have been happy residents with Wright-Way for over a year, and we just signed another 1-year extension. Kenneth, Kristi and Nikki and the Wright-Way team became our friends from finding the right property to the leasing process to the service requests have all been handled quickly and professionally. Because the property is so well managed, we have had few repair requests and each has been addressed very quickly and exceeded expectations. It is one thing to be effective at what you do and another to be very personable. The Wright-Way team is both.My addendum to my earlier review of years ago is important to commend Wright-Way and the many exceptional team members who helped me get another new home since the original post. Over four years, I have had a very good experience with Wright-Way as evidenced with multiple lease renewals and now again in a new location. When I decided to move, I contacted Kenneth and Kristi immediately and in no time, I not only found a new home, but I was approved all set up to end the old ang begin with a new home. Angie is a newer team member, and she had the difficult task of doing everything necessary to close out my old lease and then get into a new one. She has the same customer service excellence and technical competence I had come to know after many years of working with Kristi and Kenneth. They are not only good at what they do, but they make you feel like a friend. They are very patient with the many details of getting into a new home. Not only are they local, but their excellent reputation and 5-year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty stands out above all the rest.Included in our install was a back-up generator, and a hybrid water heater for greater year-round energy savings. I did not know how I would feel about the hot water heater, but now that it is up and running, I am pleased to say that I love it! Rudy and his team went above and beyond to complete our full install in a timely, well-coordinated and highly professional manner. The crew was friendly, courteous and never seemed bothered by questions.Post-install, Rudy took his time to thoroughly explain the monitoring and care of the PV array and inverter, and the care and maintenance requirements of the generator and hot water heater.     Had a 15kW solar system installed by Wright-Way and couldnt be happier! Rudy was happy to answer all of my up front questions. His team was able to get us several different quotes to choose from based on our budget. During the install Rudy and his team did exactly what they said they would, at the quoted price, and in the time frame that was discussed.     Yesterday was an exciting day for us! Why? We got our 1st NEGATIVE electric bill! We were told this would happen after 1 year but it’s been 6 months and last month wasn’t all that sunny all the time. It all started from a friend that told me to get solar. I gave him every excuse under the sun, but I let him get me a bid anyway because he was a friend I would do anything for. I got the bid for our ~13KW system. I laughed. I said thanks, but no thanks. Unfortunately, it did peak my curiosity and I went to one of those sites and asked for bids. I got 4 more bids from all over North East Texas companies. They all gave me similar bids for ~13KW systems for around the same price. I still wasn’t satisfied, so I tried one more local company because I truly believe in buying local small business whenever possible, even if it is a little more expensive. I found Wright Way. Not only did Rudy come to my house, but he answered probably 30 questions I had via phone or email promptly in a straight forward manner unlike the other sales pitches I had received. He came to my house not only to do an full assessment including roof line, tree coverage, attic insulation, and energy usage, but also came back when he delivered me two proposals. One of the proposals I sort of demanded based on my previous experiences, and another one that he had developed. He also proposed to me the same ~13KW system in line with everyone else which I specifically asked for because I was still ignorant and I had been told by over 6 “experts” that is what I needed. What really intrigued me, was that Rudy listened to me. Rudy only gave me that first proposal because I specifically asked for it. He also brought me what HE recommended for our situation, knowing that of course overall cost would be a deciding factor. I open it up, and I see ~7KW system. Again, I laughed… “Really Rudy?” Rudy knew the kind of person that I was, so he explained to me more about our home electricity and what actually consumes the electricity. He gave ME homework to do since I had been asking all of the wrong questions. After doing extensive research, and actually talking to 3 previous customers of his, we pulled the trigger. The cost was still an issue, but after doing extensive math, showing the savings in electricity usage each month would more than cover the loan payments, it was a no brainer and by this point, I trusted Rudy’s recommendation.Before install Rudy came over a 3rd time to check some specifics because what we were going to do was not only install solar strategically to maximize sun, but also replace the water heaters to the hybrid Rheem water heaters of which I had never heard. The beauty of them is that not only do they pull heat OUT of your home, but also blow exhaust of COOL air back (These don’t take the place of an A/C but it is a nice feature for a typically warm utility room. Installation day arrived and Rudy and his crew showed up, once again they went over the entire job to ensure everyone was on board. They respected my wishes to have certain wires ran at certain places because even though everything was on the back of the house, I still wanted it to look good to me. Installing the panels was neat to watch. Next came the water heater swap. This ended up being quite challenging because I asked Rudy to go bigger on the tank size because I wanted to maximize our capacity and hybrid water heaters, to remain at highest efficiency, have a longer recovery time (yes there is an electric element option and it can crank out hot water fast if you drain it). Once everything was installed, Rudy went over everything with us, even set up our online portal we can access anywhere. Rudy also did ALL of the work getting with Oncor and having that swap set up where all we had to do was sign some interchange agreements at the appropriate time. And now, 6 months later, we achieved the unthinkable… a NEGATIVE electricity bill! I would absolutely recommend Wright-Way for your Solar installation.

    Rudy installed a 10 KW system for us 6-7 years ago and a 14 KW in 2015. Not only he has helped address the rare issues with these systems, but also he has helped us in dealing with our other electrical issues and has been one call away even during the weekends. Our Electric bill has been in the negative territory for a long time and we have transferred credit to another property (we use Reliant Simple Solar Buyback 12 in our property with solar and regular Reliant plan in the other property).

The first thing was my water heater leaking and it turned out that a new one would be needed. I had a new water heater installed and working withen 24 hours which in my opinion was totally acceptable. 2nd thing was a dead tree that needed to be cut down, again withen 24 hours the tree was cut down and was gone. I needed a little extra time to pay my rent once because of a job change and Kristi was more than willing to work with me and everything worked out. After moving our properties to WW, in the last 10 years we have had rent checks almost every month.I owned a property management company in another state so I can truthly say they make owning investment property stress free.My company had in excess of 300 properties.On the resident side, we had the policy for maintenance dont call unless its blood, flood or fire.Maintenance men may be in the middle of another call and will be there as soon as he can. Instead of calling, email the exact problem. If that doesnt work make an appointment with business owner representative until it is fixed.

We couldnt be happier with the house and with Wright-Ways professionalism. Rudy Wright is knowledgeable and up to date on state-of-the-art construction techniques for energy efficiency. A Green Builder? Oh yes. Hes certified. He doesnt just say hes a Green Builder. Hes telling the truth. Hes the real deal, and he can prove it. Just look at the house he built for us. I know that even good business people cant please everybody, but Rudy Wright comes very, very close.

    You get what you pay for.Solar is an investment. An investment in your sense of security; continuation of power during outages; and trust in your equipment.Knowing that if youre out of town when a power outage occurs and your food wont spoil, is comforting enough. But if you are home during a power outage and your solar takes over and provides heating and cooling, thats also comforting - physically.Wright-Way is the right way.
