I’ve worked with Sandra for a couple years and I would recommend her to investors looking for a property manager to manage their property. Her team does a great job screening tenants, handling repair requests, and does great record keeping for all of my properties. Highly recommend!

I have used Wortham Property Management for many years now. They are very fair to both their tenants and owners. As an owner of many properties I have seen her give tenants back deposits, and seen it where she has had to give it to me as the property owner for repairs to be done from a tenant or a broken lease to cover the costs of acquiring a new tenant. I would prefer to never have to get a security deposit, as that means the house was left clean with no damages, which means I can rent it faster.I know for a fact that they tell tenants to be sure to leave the property clean, no broken blinds or windows, grass mowed, no trash left behind, etc. The last thing they want is to take a security deposit from someone, as often it creates conflicts nobody likes. They are also great at trying to be sure you qualify for a home to rent before running a background check. It helps to be honest with them about your rental and financial history, as she can usually find a place you can qualify for.I have used other property managers who will be sure to find a way to squeeze every penny out of both owners and tenants. This is not how this company is run, which is why I use them, as I NEVER want one of my tenants to be taken advantage of!

Sandra and her team handle all of my rentals in the Wichita Falls area and do an exceptional job! I dont have to handle anything which makes it so easy as a landlord. Highly recommend her for property management!
