I am moving from Louisiana to Texas. Maggie has been extremely helpful and flexible with me. She made time to show me an apartment when I drove into town, has been very responsive by phone, email and text. I had my relative that lives in town go check out the new unit. It is clean and fresh with working utilities. I’m excited to make this move. Thank you all so much for your assistance and making this process seamless. I am looking forward to my residency.

I just moved in and I could have moved in to prettier or an apartment that had better reviews. I chose the Woodland because of the management. Akita and Maggie made me feel at home. They were honest about all issues and I feel they have and will address in problems promply. Communication is key, patience is key. Maintenance was awesome and deserve more credit than they get. Thank you Woodland for your kindness.

Im Charica, an I been here at the woodlands now for almost 3weeks..an Ive looked over all the reviews an was shocked because my experience was more then great.. Mrs Laura, an Mrs Kimberly were two of the first people I met an they both welcomed me an my family with open arms..my apartment was everything they told me it would be..its quiet during the day an at night I never hear anyone...even the workers on the property are nice..since being here the only problem I had was my dishwasher an it was fixed in less then ah day or two.. I love it here. Thanks Laura an Kimberley..

Maggie & Akita helped me and my kids get into our perfect home for a fresh start in Texas! The apartment is nice! The neighbors are nice! They have a pretty pool and awesome playground for the kids! Overall I could not be happier with our decision to move here!

Ms. Maggie has an amazing way to treat people. From the beginning she was helpful, respectful and very nice. Searching for your new home can be stressful especially when you go to other places where they either don’t answer the phones or don’t pay attention when you talk to them when requesting pricing info. With Ms. Maggie you’ll get the answers you need when you need them! Thank you Ms. Maggie !

While I cannot speak to actually living at the Woodlands, I can attest to the service I received when inquiring about the complex. The young lady answering the phone was wonderful, polite, helpful, and generous with her time. She represents the complex well. I can only hope the facilities are as great as she is.

I have lived here for 3yrs and the new management team has been nothing but great to me...I dnt have any problems here.. and if I did I would put in my work order in the morning and problem would be solved by end of the day...I do agree that the water bill is very high but since the bill is allocated and residents would move in extra ppl thats not on the lease, that is expected. Oh and I absolutely love Veronica shes very nice and informative...I would absolutely live here until I am ready to buy a home. As far as roaches go I dnt have any...your home is what you make it....keep it clean ppl and you wont have those types of problems...its not the Apts its the ppl, not all but some

I don’t live here but my aunt does and I have notice in the last few weeks the changes in the property the trash is being tended to and the over all customers service is better my aunt was going to move but now wants to stay. Good job of the changes

The new staff is amazing I’m so happy they have someone who actually cares about the property where we call home, Deja has on several occasions taken time out her busy day just to step out and ask how I’m doing and if I need anything. I’ve never gotten that treatment before THANK YOU

I love these apartments because the truth is that they always have good customer service and the secretaries are always attentive and very friendly, Karla, Jennifer and Ariel always greet you with a smile. .. and they are there as soon as an emergency happens, they send maintenance immediately.,, the parking lots and garbage cans are always in order, you dont look at garbage outside the place. I am very happy to have chosen the Woodland of Plano to live in a clean place and at a very good price. I recommend it 100%… if you are looking for a place to rent the Woodland of Plano they are your best option… 17D I recommend it

I am very satisfied and happy with all the services. I have lived in these Woodlands apartment complexes for almost 10 years and I am very calm and safe. They have a lot of security and surveillance and the staff is always very attentive. The maintenance staff is very efficient in their work and very friendly, thank you for everything.
