We have lived at Westwood Townhomes for the last 5 years. Wolf Property Management have been nothing but exceptional. Maintenance requests are always completed promptly. They have renovated the grounds and really improved the look of the property. They are easy to work with and friendly. I love that they utilize online portals for documents, rent, and work orders which makes it easy to complete anything I need from a tenants point of view.

I’ve been staying with one of their properties for over a couple years (2019) now and the management has been great. There aren’t any hidden fee in the lease which is really nice. I moved from Austin which all the places I lived in would have some sort of random fees added to the lease. I would ended up paying roughly $200 to $300 on top of the rent.They respond to maintenance calls promptly especially Adam and Tyler. They explained what was wrong and provided me with updates on parts.Overall, I really enjoy staying here!

I had the pleasure of working with Wolf Property Management. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that Tyler, Adam and the whole team provided. They were always available to answer my questions and help me through the entire process. I also appreciated the fact that the company is very family-centered and does good work in the community.

Have lived at the Westewood Townhomes for many years now, and have only good experiences to share. The whole crew has treated us like family from the start. Great space for my family of 3, have never had issues having maintenance addressed (has always been taken care of within hours!) and not to mention the cleanliness is impeccable! Very nice and quiet complex to be at wether it be a corner unit or smack dab in the middle.
