    I am a military owner and had to put my house for rent since I had to move quickly windrose explained everything to me and made it a really easy transition so I could move and not stress about renting my home. My home is rented and communication with them is great and they found me great renters. Really recommend this company for military owners.

    Staff seems very knowledgeable and helped us screen and select the right tenants for our rental. Paula has been so helpful with explaining costs of repairs in my rental they manage and working with vendors to mitigate the costs of repairs. Very thankful and highly recommend!

    A few months ago, one of our friends downsized to a smaller home and made the choice to rent his former home. Paula, of Windrose Realty, explained the laws that govern rental property and carefully screened potential tenants for him. After the family moved in, there was a minor problem with the air-conditioner unit, and Paula called him and offered to contact one of her contractors, emailed the estimate, and the unit was quickly fixed for our friend and the tenants living there. Her company schedules inspections at regular intervals and includes replacement of filters. He worried a bit about trusting tenants and property management companies, but he has been happy with his choice to hire Windrose.
