Haley and Gabrielle are both very helpful and trustworthy to there word. The apartment complex has several amenities and gated community housing. Very clean and peaceful. Small but very cozy place to call home.

Both Brittany and Haley are awesome, clearly above average in their job functions. I found this apartment to be the best value for the area. The area in general has very high housing and apartment costs compared to Houston Metro area so you need to shop around. The apartment I chose was older and not remodeled, but I was satisfied for the price, even though many of the items inside clearly need updating. If you are doing work at Golden Pass then be very cautious about signing a long term lease since the employment issues they consistently face makes it difficult to commit to long term accommodations.

Ive lived here for 3 months now. Its quiet and decently kept. When maintenance has been called they were fast and friendly. When things have broken around the grounds theyve fixed it in a timely manner. The only issue Ive had with the complex is its gated, but not very secure. We have pool crashers all the time. Otherwise I enjoy living here.

I just moved out of this complex last week after two years only because I’m relocating. It really was a great place to live, no crime or break-ins that I’m aware of, there are SEVERAL officers that live in the complex and seeing their police vehicles all over the parking lot’s definitely brings more of a safe feeling.It was quiet and people respect the quiet hours. Rent is extremely affordable for a two bedroom as opposed to what it would be in Houston or other cities.CONS:The entrance gates are often broken/left open.After hours, Packages are left outside at the front door of the office for anyone to walk up and steal. The office also doesn’t notify you if you have a package, you just need to check.The hot tub never worked the entire time I lived there.Maintenance can be slow to fix amenities or will sometimes come into your unit without your knowledge to check the sprinkler system or whatever other tests they need to conduct.If you place a request, maintenance will come into your unit and will often forget to leave a notice telling you they’ve been there.

I moved here in August, so 3 months for me. My apartment is very nice and overlooks the lake, love it. The staff are very nice and helpful.The reason for 4 stars is the trash bins...I dont know why people cant put their trash in the bins properly, the area is often very messy.I was also hoping to meet other retired residents, a seniors ladies group would be great...but that has not happened.Still, this is a nice complex and I enjoy living here.

We lived here for a year! Very quiet and the people were friendly! Never had any major issues. There was some confusion on my end with the move out process but Brittany was able to help me navigate my to do list!

Willow Lakes already feels like home to us. Staff is very friendly and made the moving process so easy. The apts are well-maintained and include washer/dryer. So important and convenient! I feel safe living here with children and love having a nice pool and gym to go to anytime I want. Our stay will only be temporary, but we would be perfectly happy living here long-term if we had to!

I love these apartments!! Ive been here for almost 3 years, have went through the TPC explosion, multiple hurricanes / terrible storms, and have only ever seen a few shingles come loose on the buildings. The windows held extremely well, we were impressed by how well the buildings held up during all of these disasters one after the other it seemed. The staff are pretty friendly and very helpful up front, and the complex is one of the prettiest around. I loved my little one bedroom, there’s so much counter top and closet space. This place has been my first spot that’s been mine, and it’s been perfect. I spent the covid lockdown here and I’m so grateful to have had this place.

I have lived at Willow Lakes Apartment Homes for six months. I highly recommend them. One of the features that attracted me is the fitness center. It is everything I hoped it would be. Plenty of equipment. Not heavily used during the times I was going. Front office staff is excellent and maintenance requests were handled promptly and repairs done properly. I formerly owned a property management business so I know what it takes to do it properly. They consistently hit the mark! Thank you.

I really liked willow lakes. The staff is nice. (Jessica and Dominique) Plenty of parking. Nice amenities like washer and dryer in every apartment. (No microwave though). Well designed kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It felt like home real quick. Unfortunately flooding happened but I would like to move back when they have units available.

I love this apartment complex! Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues and the front office staff is extremely nice! Its in a nice quiet location but you are still close (within a mile) to everything. The grounds are beautiful, and I always feel very safe.Thanks Willow Lakes!! :)

3.5 stars really - round up to 4. These apartments are quiet, nicely kept up (for the most part) and when you submit a maintenance ticket, it is resolved in 24 hours (from my experience) and for a nice apartment in this area - the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and when you have something you want shipped to you, they will let you leave it in the office instead of your door step.The reason(s) it gets 3.5/5 stars - the trash bins overflow and people just start leaving their trash on the ground and stray cats come and tear it open and then trash gets everywhere. Nothing the apts can do really - except get more trash bins? But its the lazy peoples fault. There is usually an empty trash bin just a little further down, but instead they will decide to throw their trash on the ground and not walk an extra few minutes.Reason #2 is - dog poop. There are receptacles EVERYWHERE, but hardly get used. There is dog poop all over the ground, and there are a few law enforcement officers that live here as well and they dont seem to care (even seen one LEO throw his cig butts on the ground periodically, which is littering). The staff doesnt seem to care really but its a nuisance to say the least.Reason #3 is speeding. Dont let your kids play in the areas where cars drive, they dont care about speed bumps (half of them are flat anyway).If you can look past the bad, these are good apartments. All my neighbors have been very friendly so far.Edit: I live on the 3rd floor, so no upstairs neighbor.Edit2: My electricity bill has been normal, I leave my ac on 70 year round, only a couple times did I use the heater (when it was below 40 outside) and dont remember paying $150+ any month.Edit3: I am living here at the time of this review.

Beautiful apartment! I love the lake in the middle of the property. Also I have dogs, so the dog park is a great space for me to let them run around. The staff is very helpful they are always quick to respond to any needs I might have.

This is a nicely maintained apartment complex off the highway. Management was always nice and prompt. The apartments were well kept up with. Some noise from the airport and the pool area can get rowdy after hours but overall a good experience.

I felt like I was at some resort somewhere. That was just driving up to the gates. Once in side and parked looking around it was extremely nice. There where afew people out and it was Quite. It would of been easy to just kick back drifting away like I was at some resort. I wasnt there long just dropped of a friends car, didnt even go inside apartment. But they were well maintained and guessing they may of been resantly built. Even now Im still impressed and ,(but I come from the country)

I havent been here very long, but it immediately felt like home! I had to submit two work orders when I got here (the lightbulb on the porch was out, and my washing machine tube had stuffing in it, which was actually my fault bc my blanket fell apart in the washing machine), but both of them were resolved very quickly, within 12 hours. I feel very safe here, I am looking at staying long term so far!

Ive been living here for 3 years and I havent had any issues. The staff are always helpful and when I need maintenance they always come within a reasonable time. This is why Ill be here yet another year! Love it!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy move in process. Maintenance responds same day, even if it is late in the day when you call. Love it!
