This is an amazing management group that serves the community where I live.Any concerns that I have is quickly resolved by my fantastic community manager and her team of great people who represent WillMax Capital.Customer service is huge with me and Amanda and her crew at Villa Del Mar are the best there is in my experience.Their maintenance is quick and professional.This is a great place to call home.

I have lived at Bear Creek on Harwood for over 2 years now and have really enjoyed my experience. The office staff are super friendly and really on top of things. I worked with Aly when I leased and she was very thorough and knowledgeable! She made leasing my first apartment a breeze. The entire maintenance team is outstanding- the community is always clean and if I had a service request, which is very seldom- they are always quick to address it. I am planning on renewing this year and want to thank the entire Bear Creek Team! I highly recommend this apartment community.

As someone who rented and worked with many managements over the years- Willmax is the best example of a stellar leadership and customer service which is sadly rare these days. Amazing and caring staff, that will take care of you.

I truly regret moving from here. The property was gorgeous! Maintenance was always on top of things and I miss when the leasing girls would greet the tenants outside on the way out with a treat!

This is an amazing management company. I myself have experienced horrible experiences with other companies and have heard of friend’s experiences but WILLMAX without a doubt takes care of their residents and from I hear from the office employees, they are also taken care of.

I have had the pleasure to work with Will Max for the past several years on several different projects; they are always professional, prepared and friendly. Alice is my favorite and I am excited every time I get to work with her again. All of their properties are well maintained and the staff is responsive and helpful. Additionally, John is so responsive I often get response to emails after hours and on the weekend. Great company!

Well maintained communities with helpful, responsive staff. Love living at Communities of Bent Tree. Office and apartments have been remolded very nicely. If I go back to apartment living, it will be to a Willmax property.
