I recently had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Westwood Residential, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the start, I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the owner and property management company.One of the standout qualities of Westwood Residential is the level of care and attention given to their properties. In particular, I was lucky enough to lease one of their Travis & Tyler properties, and it was clear that great thought and effort went into their construction and maintenance. The properties are beautifully designed, offering modern and luxurious amenities that truly enhance the living experience.Not only are the properties aesthetically pleasing, but they are also well-maintained. Any maintenance issues that arose were promptly addressed by the property management team. I found their responsiveness and efficiency to be commendable, as they consistently ensured that any repairs were taken care of quickly.In addition to their commitment to the properties, the owner and property management team at Westwood Residential were always friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had throughout my tenancy. Ive lived at Cole Park for almost two years now. Moving here from out of state I was weary of leasing site unseen but the office made my transition easy, maintenance is awesome and keeps the property clean. The gym has everything I need and the pool is like a resort. Very happy with my decision to move here.
