I should have sent this review a LONG TIME ago... but they are hands down the BEST Property Managers Ive ever had! I wish this program allowed me to give them more than 5 Stars! Their family is in the home building business and they have every sub-contractor on speed dial. I got a call from my niece at 10:30pm that sewage was backing up into the showers... and these guys had the sewage pump replaced by 11:40pm the same night! You cant beat that kind of turnaround. I can go on and on with stories like that... but the bottom line truth is that we trust them completely with the care and maintenance of our lake house... the mowing, cleaning, pest control, window cleaning, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, appliances, boat and jet ski repair... everything. I can go up there and relax because they do everything we need, and are VERY AFFORDABLE. I honestly dont know how they can afford to do it for as little as they charge. I wholeheartedly recommend them as quality people and excellent service providers. Anyone who wants to consider using them for this service is welcome to ask them for my personal phone number to talk to me directly about their service. They have been a real Godsend to us. James -

We have used Weinland for a year now. Taylor and Doug are nothing but delightful and are always willing to please. They are thorough. When we are out of town they come by weekly and check on everything and send pictures so we know our house is in tiptop shape. If they notice something needs repair or the windows need washing they will text and ask if you want them to handle it. I recommend them highly! -
