We recently moved in our rental home in Dickinson in December and of course it needed some work but all of the maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. My wife and I both communicate with the manager Sabrina and she is amazing on making sure we get heard. This is so much ease for us as we had to end our prior lease with approval of course for having so many unresolved issues it was so stressful and here we feel at peace. Not to mention the area and neighbors are great! Thank you

The customer service was A1. Sabrina was so polite, always available, so helpful, and always had all the answers. The home is so nice and they are getting it together so fast. I will definitely refer to Wealth Street.

The application process was fast and easy . The lady we were talking with stayed in contact with us through the whole process and just made getting into the home so easy. We moved in sepirember 1, everything was up to par except for a few minor issues which was fixed quickly amd expeditiously. Maintenance is so nice, the staff responds quickly to your needs, and Sabrina who Ive had many conversations with. Is phenomenal. I appreciate everything and look forward to renewing

Ive been associated with Wealth Street Capital now for almost 5yrs at one of their properties in Bridge City,Tx and alot has changed since the very first lease that was signed by me, I was very appreciative for them accepting me as a tenant at their property and at the time I needed a place to live ASAP and the property manager at that time was okay and assisted me getting approved and moved in and I was very grateful, wasnt too many tenants there at the time I moved in and that kinda worried me for a awhile as to why no one was moving in but I still enjoyed living there, about a year passed and they changed the look of the apts and I have to say was a definite upgrade from the previous colors etc. so that showed me they were taking measures of making the property more appealing ,so fast forward to now the property manager Ms.Luisa is and has been without a doubt the most kind, caring, genuine and professional property manager theyve had since Ive lived there hands down!!! She is very assertive and also hands on with any and all matters as it pertains to Wealth Street Capital business and lastly I will say this...She is actually the sole reason that I am still a tenant there and not planning on moving as long as she is property manager, Wealth Street Capital should feel more that fortunate to have such a wonderful person working for them,I am looking forward to continuing my living at the property for years to come along with even more upgrades and remodeling

I just love how the manager, Themptrist, and our assign maintenance technician professionalism soar above average with care and hospitiality.
