Great complex! Office staff always helpful when I’ve gone in and maintenance crew is outstanding! Most times they’ve come the first 24 hours even though it says they have 48 hours to respond to a request. Property always kept clean also which I love.

I just have to say that the management here is awesome. They work with us to get us in there quick to get maintenance issues done the property is absolutely gorgeous. I love my little apartment. It’s everything I’ve been looking for thank you guys for all the hard work you do, this place is quiet. It’s got a nice swimming pool. I’ve got a fireplace washer and dryer in my unit. If positive things about this place. Thank you.

I was in a last minute mad dash trying to find an apartment after a different apartment fell through. The staff at Walnut Creek Crossing were able to get me in for a tour and process and approve my application all in the same day! It was the easiest apartment application process Ive ever gone through. The property is cute and pretty quiet so far. My dog loves the dog park and the neighbors all seem friendly. 10/10 excellent experience

Living in the Walnut Creek apartment complex has many pluses. The manger is people oriented, professional and friendly. The staff in the office is the same. They follow up on my complaints and concerns. The location is on a bus line and in an awesome community with grocery stores, schools, colleges, coffee shops, etc. There is a bike lane for bikers. They have security plus the neighbors are great at reporting. As busy as Austin is and as fast as Austin is growing the rent at this time is competitive on the low side. Most people who live there dont leave...

The location is very convenient. The staff here are very friendly, understanding , and professional. I had a minor maintenance issue. I was amazed how quickly it was resolved. The apartments are exceptionally well kept. Ive lived here for 6 months. Not a pest in sight. I havent had any parking problems. There is no towing. I love it here!

Ive lived here a little over six months and Ive had no problem with rats or roaches. In any apartment complex you live, you will have the occasional loud neighbor. It has a good location, relatively quiet, affordable and management responded quickly (less than 24 hours) to my maintenance request.

Really great deal for a two bedroom. Rod always takes care of us. Definitely renewing my lease. Never had issues with roaches, rats, or any sort of infestation... The first month I was here my dishwashers soap cap wasnt closing... So they just replaced the whole dishwasher the next day!!! That blew mind!!! Neighbors can be a bit noisy, but still a great place to live!

I’ve lived here for three years. Never had an issue with bugs. My only complaint is there seem to be issues with the water a lot. It’s usually only turned off for a few moments at a time, but one time I was washing my hair when the water went out. Over all, though, it’s a great location and everyone in the office is fantastic!

Lived here for about 8 months. Never had noise issues and maintenance requests were always promptly addressed. It would have been nice to have an off leash area for dogs but Ive also heard that might be in the works. Everyone I met was friendly and I wasnt ever worried about break-ins or shady characters.

Older residence, but the maintenance staff responds quickly and has always dealt with any issues regularly. The office staff has always been nice yet honest with any issues we may face. For the price we are paying, we are happy renters

Thank you, that was the only thing that happened to us, they already fixed the fence and I apologize because it was the neighboring condominiums fault. I am happy to live here. The people at the office and their workers in general are excellent people, very humane and grateful, who are always willing to help. It was a negative experience but otherwise everything is excellent
