We recently leased a house so we could renovate our home. From the very beginning, this firm has been very professional and timely on every issue we have addressed. The house is beautiful and was well prepared for a new tenant but a few minor repairs were required and Mr. Vives even took care of some of them personally. I would highly recommend this management company if you are looking for someone to take care of your lease property...he cares for them like they were his own home.
