Margaret (Margie) was exceptional with her attentive response by email and in person at her office. Always available to take care. She took care of me in several occasions.I really appreciated her advice in December, I was very surprised for her fastest response by email with an answer that I did not know how to deal and how to find that information. She provided a link making my life much easier. I think that she is Mrs. Santa. Her customer service was a gift this Christmas.

Im so happy with the service, promptness provided by Margaret Pingleton. Margie has been so helpful in getting things resolved timely. She promptly replies any email context in regard to the property. I truly appreciate her service and her knowledgeable manner to get things addressed.I would like to say whenever I interacted in regards to the property, Margies knowledge, service and promptness has EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS all the time.

Xenia is very professional and courteous. I recently moved to the neighborhood and she was tasked to assist me with enrollment. She was very responsive through email within the same day or next day. There were some issues between the title company and their accounting but it finally got resolved after a few weeks. I would give Xenia a 5 stars for her customer service.

I serve on the Board of Directors for the Green Oak Park Homeowners Association, and I can confidently say that VanMor Property Management provides outstanding support to our community. VanMor helps us meet our association’s unique needs by overseeing operations and financial matters, developing and monitoring budgets, managing staff, coordinating maintenance, and much more. Our Community Association Manager, Amanda Putnam, deserves special recognition for her exemplary work. Amanda brings attention to detail, actively listens, and collaborates with Green Oak Park’s vision. Her advice on critical matters is invaluable, and she handles multiple demands with respect and humility. I highly recommend VanMor Property Management for any community seeking reliable, professional, and attentive management.

VanMor has been our community of West Oaks Village for at least 5 years of the time I have the one of the HOA Board members and there NEVER been a time they have failed in providing the itutmost support in providing insight, support or legal support. We have worked closely with Eileen and Margaret. Our community is fortunate to have them as Vanmor property staff

Please remember that home owners only write negative reviews. Most dont actually appreciate what an HOA does for the community and neighborhood value and appeal. However, as a prior HOA member and current homeowner, VanMor is an excellent partner to work and manage an HOA. We have used them for over 20 years. Any I have rentals in 3 other subdivisions with different companies and VanMor is by far the easiest to work with and my favorite management company. I would highly recommend them to any neighborhood HOA looking for a new company!Jerry

We decided to make some home improvements and had to contact VanMor Properties, which is in charge of our homeowners association. Lisa Brannen is in charge of our subdivision and has been very helpful and efficient with the entire process we have to go through to get approvals for these renovations. She has done everything necessary to expedite the approval process by answering our questions and giving us the necessary information to submit the approval applications. I think we all know that doing renovations/improvements on our houses is tiring and tedious thats not even taking into account the protocols we must follow with the HOA. We are happy and grateful to Lisa, who helped us and made this whole process easier.Thank you, Lisa Brannen, for all of your help, and please continue doing the great work you have been doing to help the residents of Park Spring. Van Mor Properties manages my communitys HOA and Ive worked with them for 5 years, both as a resident of my community and an HOA Board Member. I have always found the company to be extremely responsive and willing to assist residents in any way they can that falls under their purview.As an HOA Board Member Ive learned that most residents arent well versed in what the HOA can manage and what they cannot. The HOA has laws by which is has to abide and cannot always legally do what residents want done. That is not fault of the HOA or its management company (in this case, Van Mor Properties). Van Mor Properties has always been willing to do all that they can to respond to resident requests and to resolve issues and concerns to the best of their ability.

As a home owner, I have had nothing but great cooperation with, Vanmor Properties. They have been our management company since our subdivision was built 18 years ago. I have also had the privilege to be a board member since the subdivision was completed and they have been a great partner to work with. Through the years as a board member I have had many interactions with home owner and the misconceptions they have. Vanmor is an advisory company to aid the board into making legal and sound decisions. I highly recommend them for other property management needs.

My husband and I just moved to Dellrose, and VanMor Properties handles our HOA. We chose a company to put in a stamped concrete patio and thought we had longer to get our architectural changes reviewed, but yesterday our contractor called and said they had someone cancel for today! I called VanMor & left a panicked message for Margie, quickly filled out their form, scanned it, and emailed it. Margie emailed me within an hour saying as soon as she had payment she could process it. I had the check to her as the office closed for lunch (12:30-1). By 1:30 pm we had our approval. Margie was super helpful, quick, responded right away and absolutely made our day. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!

In the past, I would send numerous emails and leave voicemail messages, and it would take weeks to hear back from anyone.
