As a first-time renter, Ive heard slews of horror stories regarding property management companies and Im pleased to say that Valentines has eschewed every single one. Phones are answered, services provided, maintenance issues addressed, and Karen Whall was nothing short of a complete angel to work with during our resigning of the lease. Emily Coleman and Lacey also have taken excellent care of us this past year. I genuinely felt cared for and respected as a person. They communicate in a timely fashion with compassion and friendliness, and Im grateful to be renting from them for another year.

I cant say enough great things about this company. They have been fantastic to work with. From viewing the property to the application process, approval, leasing and move in, everything was so well organized and easy. The staff is wonderful and so sweet and Emily is the absolute best. Always answers your calls and texts and has the answer and if not, shell get it for you. The property is great and the maintenance has been minor but the maintenance team has also been wonderful. Weve been here two months and so far are very happy. Highly recommend VPM! Thank you all for helping us find a new home. ❤️😁

As a tenant, using a Property Management company can go a little of both ways. Even with a few blips along 3 years, Kim, Karen and the staff made the experience pretty good. After having worked with Valentine Management for going on 3 years, I couldnt be more satisfied as a tenant. It has been a very easy and painless relationship on our part.We have had issues with maintenance. Both times we put in requests were after hours or on a weekend, and we received calls back almost immediately, once by one of the owners personally. The maintenance issues in question were simply minor fixes and were replaced with brand new items within hours.Rent did go up between the last tenant and us, however, comparable to our neighborhood, we have one of the lowest payments per square foot that we know of. We are fully aware that the market heavily dictates prices, and with demand at an extreme high, Valentine has chosen to remain competitive with rates and have not raised our rent.We have had 3 silly HOA violations, leaving a grill out, etc. and have not once had any threatening or chastising rebuke from Valentine, but simply an FYI reminder.My only feedback would be that I wish we had the ability to spruce up the place a little bit, maybe Valentine will sell to us some day!

If I could give Karen from the Valentine Team more stars I would!!! She is amazing. Shes knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and provides top notch customer service to her clients. We were referred to Karen after having worked with a different PM who just wasnt getting things done. Karen stepped in, picked up from where we had left off, and went to work. All three properties were rented in less than 3 weeks. One was actually rented within days. If you are looking for a great property management company to take care of your investment properties, call Karen with the Valentine Team! You will not regret it, I promise.

All the work orders we have put in have gotten taken care of so quickly and that mean a lot when your a full time mom/dad and full time workers! This is our second time renting from Valentine, our current stay treading 3 years has been a great experience, so we renewed an additional two. Its great to know there are good people out there who care about people who rent. I do have a favorite contact; Amanda A., very professional and yet personable, knowledgeable, attentive and responsive to all situtuations put toward her. I Rented from Valentine sales and management and had a great experience. From the viewing process, through the leasing process and moving in we had no issues. VSM Exceeded our expectations with a quick move in and great communication. throughout the lease term any issues we had were promptly taken care of by their maintenance manager and crews who were very prompt and respectful, they replaced the dishwasher and garbage disposal within 2 days of the issue occurring. The move out process was simple and i was able to get my security deposit back in a timely manner. They were always very professional, understanding and quick to respond to any request. They worked with me when i had issues and I would definitively recommend them to any one looking for a rental here in Phoenix!

Although the property we rented wasn’t the greatest (although it had been cleaned it had lots of stuff we had to write up, bad carpets, holes in walls, scratches on all hard floors etc) but I’m very thankful for being able to find a home that allowed us to have all 4 of our chihuahua mutts live with us while we waited for our house to be built. Kim Gent was our property manager and she was an absolute blessing, so easy to communicate with and on top of any concerns we had during our stay. We even got most of our deposit back! I’d definitely recommend valentine properties! Thank you for everything Kim. We couldn’t be more pleased with our rental experience.

Where do i start to describe this company? They are truly the most amazing people to have as property manager! There maintenance person Phil has been so wonderful to work with! We had a few issue with some things that needed to be taken care of and Phil went above and beyond to walk me through some stuff and was always so polite when i was in a stressful situation. From the THOUSAND of Bees or the clogged main line Phil walked me through all the best ways to handle it.Kim in the office is also so amazingly helpful when we had issues when we switched banks. You can tell she answers the phone with a smile on her face. They have all treated us as family and i will be forever grateful for all of the help they have given us! We appreciate you all so so much thank you! I would hands down rent again through them if we had too. (Were not leaving anytime soon)!!!! lol

I have had some repairs that have been needed from time to time and they are always quick to respond. The contractors they send to my property are professional and do a great job. The management team is all very friendly and I have been treated like a client and not a burden. I would recommend if you are looking for a rental give them a call.

They do a great job managing the property and have been great to deal with. Easy to get ahold of, deal with maintenance issues quickly, and Karen is just on top of it. We are currently renting a home with Valentine. They have been so incredibly flexible with our delicate situation, and its been a pleasure to work with them. They have an online portal for tenants thats super easy to use. Our microwave broke, and it only took 2 days to get a new one just by making a maintenance request in the tenant portal. Our home is beautiful, and Im so glad we have a great property manager!!

Valentine has managed all our Phoenix properties over the years and we could not be more pleased. They find us good tenants and our properties are never vacant long.Valentines expertise really comes into play during rehabs. Their contractors do great work and charge reasonable fees. I would highly recommend them.

I am using Valentine to mange a house I bought in Sun City AZ that I plan on eventually living in. Having previously been an absentee landlord of a condo for 8 years, I really had no desire to do that again. I picked Valentine based on their positive reviews and I have to say having worked with their rep Karen from the beginning, things have gone pretty much flawlessly. We started working together even before I closed on the home and when I did, she took over, getting the house on the rental market immediately. The time from closing to getting a renter for the asking rental price was 3 weeks. Karens communications with me throughout the whole process very much lessened any anxiety I may have had. There are definite costs involved but appear to be worth it considering what you get for those costs. I would recommend!

Phil is AMAZING! Ok to clarify after I completed my initial walk through of the property, there were a few things that needed service. I sent the list to my agent, and with in 24hrs Phil was in contact. We scheduled a date, his vendors showed up on time and all the work was done in one day. Thank you Phil and the vendors and all the fine friendly folks at Valentine. I recommend this Property Management company highly.Amanda Archiebald is the accounts supervisor at Valentine Property Management, She is AMAZING! I say this on a very personal level. Since renting my home a liitle less than a year ago life has hit me hard. During this time Amanda helped me with a level of professionalism and friendship unmatched. Let me start this off by telling you I am a real estate agent. And yes, I paid a property management company to get my house rented. Heres why... They know the rental market better than I do. This is what they do day in and day out. If I would have listed it myself I would have undercut the rental amount by quite a bit of money. And in all honesty I did not want to deal with getting someone in there. Background checks, deposits, showing the property etc... Their service is amazing. They really made it so easy, and the little bit of extra money I had to pay not listing it myself was well worth it!! I will use and refer them as often as I get the chance to.

Although my wife and I are real estate brokers we still choose to have VSM manage our rental portfolio. I am a firm believer in you hire professionals to care and maintain your largest and most expensive assets. VSM offers and bring tremendous value to my portfolio in so many ways from managing expenses and keeping our maintenance low, while maintaining a good relationship with the tenants in order to keep our properties rented at all times. My belief is the tenant is just as important as the owner and if the property manager can walk the line and deliver amazing service to both you have the best property manager in the world and yes I believe VSM, Debbie and her Staff are the best in the business. I highly recommend VSM for your property management needs.
